Abominable Service. I couldn't get of anyone on the phone to answer a few simple questions that their website does not answer. Questions that should be easily available to find out online but no. Not with Royal Mail......so I emailed them. 9 days later still nothing except an acknowledgement email that they have recieved my query. Did I really expect anything else?!?! NO!!!!

I have just popped into the Post Office branch in Edmonton Green Shopping centre Branch code: 0120049. I would like to commend Shital and Sharon for being extra supportive and coming out of their way to complete and send off my PCO licence. The service provided was impecible. If I was able to give 10 Stars I will happily do that with my eyes closed.

Do not bother getting pet insurance with post office they will advise you that you will be covered and when you put in a claim will reject it and leave you with a huge pet bill to pay! Absolutely disgusted their customer relations team can't give me one answer each time I call they will tell me something different each time.

Do not purchase travel insurance via PO. They are linked to Collinson insurance both awful service.Hundreds spent on policy with them and refusing to pay. Even with medical papers, did not fly papers from airlines and other documents all showing genuine illness.Avoid these companies.
