post office phone and broadband moving to shell, avoid at all costs do not trust either of them as they are scam merchants, promise you unlimited do not inform you otherwise then proceed to charge hundreds of pounds putting your bank account overdrawn then you have bank charges on top of their outrageous charges. PLEASE STEER CLEAR.

Unfortunately, our experience with this branch has been terrible. The staff are incredibly unhelpful and have made several mistakes which caused us to lose earnings. We've been chasing up documents that they sent by mistake to the wrong postcode for 4 months now. Long story short - we no longer use this branch. It can’t be trusted.

Items are being left in the stairway of our flats without attempts to buzz residents. This continues even though we have left signs asking for deliveries not to be left there due to items going missing. Customer service is polite and reachable via phone, but despite raising complaints directly with them this practice seems to continue.

Really bad service. As usual there were problems with my next day delivery paid £8.95. They did not deliver the parcel and they did not even say anything. Two days later, I still don't have my parcel. I still wonder why companies still use Royal mail , when there are much more efficient services out there!

Post Office Pet Insurance - don't bother considering them! [1] they don't care about your pet but happy to take your money and [2] they don't pay for "injury" claims as they classed my claim as a "condition". I will be taking this further. Not a happy customer and would not recommend them to anyone :(

Don't even bother opening an online saver with them. My wife has been trying for over 1week to get her money transferred to he linked account. She needed it last week all they keep saying is her bank account (Barclays) rejected the transfer. And they will try again it will be next week now.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
