I wanted to send a magazine to Japan at the Hexham post office and I asked for regular stamps to be put on it as my nephew who I was sending it to likes to collect them, but the woman serving said it would take too many stamps. The cost of sending it was approximately 5 pounds. So it wouldn't have been much more than 5 stamps. Can I ask was this just extreme laziness on her part? I don't see how 5 or 6 stamps is too many! I was the only person in the post office so it wasn't as though she was overworked. This just strikes me as being very poor service and laziness.

Anytime I wait on a delivery from the post office there is always an issue!! Received an email 7pm last night to say parcel will be delivered between 9.16am-13.16pm no parcel as yet tried calling customer service waiting in a queue expected queuing time 40mins!! So looks like I have to wait in all day for a parcel that may not even arrive !! Shocking service

I was waiting home all day for my delivery by Australian Post (again), the driver didn't come to my home, just took the parcel to the nearest Post Office. Regrettably this is common for Australian Post drivers, get paid but don't try to deliver to the address, much easier to drop ogg to the post office. As I don't have a car this a major inconvenience EVEY TIME. I suggest Drivers are paid only a 1/2 rate when they deliver to a post office.

Post Office located at Westfields, 90 Grandstand Rd, Hereford HR4 9NR it's the worst one in all the UK. Firstly you need to have a crystal ball to know when they are working as they never do the timetable informed. Secondly, most of the staff are useless and rude.

I queued in the Camberley Post Office to renew my passport. Just one man was working. Poor man was rushed off his feet. He was very efficient and very patient. I felt very sorry for him. Talk about being thrown in the deep end ! Three other serving areas were empty. Disgraceful for a main post office.

Our post man delivered a parcel to our nieghbour when we don't have ant contact with them, it clearly states on the notes leave in shed or take back to depo, now we have to make contact with the him to get it back !!

yes the Post Office needs to trace and locate these employees who are scamming items for personal gain,this is the second item this year that has been miss delivered,as both items are useful with in any house hold.

Used the post office for travel insurance not realising they give it to collinsongroup so far despite the fact I’ve tried to speak to a really person I haven’t been able to. My son is severely autistic and we had a bag stolen on holiday that contained his heavily relied upon ipad. So far no response to claim. Emailed Christopher Evans the ceo of collinsongroup and ceo of post office no reply from either.

Ordered travel money upon a weekend - Guaranteed Special Delivery by 1pm on the next Tuesday. Nothing arrived - when called they said money was still in transit, ‘will probably arrive Wednesday’. Cannot even manage their own post - what a waste of time!!!

I did redirection from my previous address to my new address. Company House has sent 2 different documents to my previous address and yet I have not receive any of the documents. The last one was sent on the 23rd of June 2023.

Paid for fast delivery given Saturday up to 7.30 pm at 5.15 pm received message to say unable to deliver! Why I was home all day. Happens every time they want to finish early. I now have to wait until Monday! It's NOT GOOD ENOUGH considering cost of postage! Other companies are cheaper and giving better service. Rubbish would like my money back!

Paid in to two of my RBS accounts via the Post Office using cheques deposit envelopes. Asked for three new envelopes (I have a third cheque at home that must go into a different account.) Counter clerk said that they are not allowed to give more than what they take. Sounds crazy. I wonder if was a "rule" made up on the spot.

Just tried to purchase a "stamp" at home on-line for a letter to the Netherlands. The purchase process is of course slow and clunky. After payment, you are supposed to receive a QR code to access your "stamp" for printing. Guess what! After payment, instead of the QR code, I got the message "QR code unavailable." What? Waste of time and money.

Item being posted met all dimension requirements for large letter and weighed 0.672kg but Horizon system (YES THEY ARE STILL USING IT) would only offer the option to post as a parcel and incur additional costs. Absolute farce every time i go in, Karen and Donna are brilliant but the others are incompetent unhelpful argumentative nightmares, i have to go to the post office 3 or 4 times a week but i will be putting an extra six miles on my journey in future to avoid these clowns, there is a box below this asking for date of experience IT'S EVERY SINGLE TIME
