Which part of DO NOT BEND written on the envelopes did the post person not understand.So the special collectors edition items that were in the enevelopes are now all creased and bent which now makes them totally worthless.The cost of replacing the set should come out of the persons wages who delivered the envelopes.

Our local post office seems to have no trained staff and have no idea what they're doing.On 2 occasions now I have been asked to come back later because the person serving didn't know how to do a transaction.On the last occasion I had been in a queue for 30 minutes and had to give instructions to the assistant on how to do the transaction.This is no kind of service.

Tried to use the document certification service, printed off my current account statements twice and after waiting in a horrific queue was told I couldn't use them as one needed to be a photocopy. Despite both documents being printouts of an online-only statement. Complete waste of time and symbolic of why the archaic post office is dying.

Visited the Plymouth city center branch, waited about 5 minutes with nobody in front of me to order some travel money. Lady behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge me. Eventually I asked if anyone was available and she asked what I wanted. She then told me to wait another 5 minutes while she did something. Customer service here is beyond terrible, I went elsewhere.

Great service ( NOT ) only took 10 days to get a first class recorded delivery normal size letter from Newcastle upon Tyne to Birmingham, when i checked the tracking it did not show it had been signed for, i rang up to be told we do not guarantee the time it takes to get to the destination, i was also told she would need to check if it was signed for and i was asked to ring back but could not tell me when to ring back great service not

Don't work for this company. They pay minimum wage, while you deal with large cash volumes (any large cash amounts up to £50.000) and lots of government services. If you lose money, they expect you to replace. Shift times finish same time as the store closes. So you are expected to work for free while counting and declaring your cash, closing lottery station, PayStation, Shop till, post office till and tidy the shop. For free, as they pay by the hour. They do not pay minimum wage for this reason. This is illegal. No holidays allowed in 6 weeks holidays, Easter or Christmas. They don't allow parents time off. Rota given with less than 24 hours notice each week. Will have part time workers working everyday for short shift times. Manager/owner doesn't communicate nor shows up in store. Had to wait 2 months to be signed up to recieve a payslip. Terrible company. No pay rises even after years of service. Absolutely terrible company to work for. Individual owners who only care about their own cash flow

The cost of posting a small parcel is really expensive. For a small parcel weighing 139g in a small padded envelope I was charged more than the cost of the item in it. £3.49 second class! I came out of the shop feeling mugged. Annoyed with myself, I should have insisted on having it back and sending through a courier, or just throwing it in the bin.
