TrustpilotAbsolutely disgusting
Standing in the queue in post office on rossall way salford and I was disgusted and outranged by what I witnessed a very scruffy, rude member of staff actually said to another customer YOUR F___ing KILLING ME HAVE YOU SEEN THE QUEUE. Half the queue heard and commented on his behaviour, I finally got served and ask the polite lady behind the counter his name and I was informed he was called Craig and was apparently the manager, if he speaks to his costumers like that how does he speak to his staff

Tried to redirect my post to my new address at Egham post office. Passport drivers licence letters from old address bills and rent details from new address. Easy yes well NO total joke I need a utility bill from my old address because I don't have this my post cannot be redirect. You can not believe the red tape and rubbish spouted. It's me my Passport proves it so if I want to redirect my post I should be able. Terrible service. Minus 5 if I could

TrustpilotABSOLUTELY APPALLED
ABSOLUTELY APPALLED. The member at the Burnley sorting office was so rude and disgusting and really needs some training on customer service and how to treat customers. This is the 3rd time Royal Mail have messed up delivery and can’t be arsed to knock on the door. You really need to rethink who you are hire before you do so. I rang customer service to collect the parcel who said I could and when arrival the rude man behind the counter (bald man) was horrible refused to serve and when he did he just screamed and slammed the counter window shut. All I wanted was to collect my parcel and left crying

TrustpilotWandsworth post Office. Poor service
This review is about Wandsworth post Office on Wandsworth High Road. The man is so rude and don’t have any regards for humanity. I went in there there was no body there. The Guy behind the counter was on the phone making his own persona calls. He completely ignore me for good 5 minutes. I walk out from there and will never go there again. Hope they close down so he is out of job. Soo rude.

TrustpilotPost Office Terrible Service & Bad Attitude
Post Office lost a recorded delivery mail containing a poem from my late father. They also took in a parcel for me and I received an email saying it was delivered. On checking the tracker it said it was ready for collection. When I went to collect it the member of staff was rude and told me to come back the next day. Appalling service and attitude.

TrustpilotZero interest in helping customers
Ordered euros online and went to collect them at the Grosvenor Street post office. Staff are monosyllabic / surly, pick up didn’t work but they couldn’t / wouldn’t tell me why - just told me to come back later when the manager was in. Classic behaviour of a monopoly provider where they couldn’t care less about customer service except of course it is no longer a monopoly so that attitude no longer works. Will take my custom elsewhere in the future. No wonder the post office is in terminal declineAdding on later today: I went back in and got the manager who was extremely helpful, friendly and apologetic, identifying the issue and fixing it. That’s what the post office needs - well done him

getting on for 2 weeks since my complaint, post office just repeats not too many mms of rain fell in the time allowed, so will not meet my claim, but they were more then happy to take my £300 plus, do not use post office insurance as they will find some clause of other to avoid settling your claim.

I am so impressed with the post office because I sent a parcel with no return address in which was to the wrong address and on my tracking said not delivered return to sender. I contacted them with my tracking number and my name and address and two and a half weeks later it has been returned to me from the national returns centre Ireland. Thank you post office

Poor service from the Post Office in Whitfield in Dover Kent. Rude staff when I complained my 2 a4 letters posted signed for delivery with legal documents in them. When I phoned to make enquiries the attitude of the staff member who answered the phone was dismissive, like it was my fault. I'm not going to Whitfield Post Office again and would urge people to avoid it

Well sent a small parcel to e bay customer on 29/02/2024 and to date not arrived at destination. The post office I used has a lovely help full lady (not her fault) the package was tracked to Birmingham and then vanished. The royal side of the service need’s deleting as it is a bad reflection on our monarchy This service is the most useless service ever and I for one will not be using them again for anything again.Anybody thinking it won’t happen to them, just read the reviews and make your own judgment

TrustpilotLambeg Lisburn Northern Ireland
Our postal delivery staff, have always been friendly, pleasant, well-mannered and will go to any lengths to make sure we receive our mail in all sorts of weather. Our usual postman is Stephen and he is very hardworking, conscientious and helpful along with all the other attributes I have already mentioned at the start of my review. If the delivery item is a parcel, Stephen ensures that it is safely stored where we can find it. I cannot praise him enough. I would give more stars on the review if it was possible.

TrustpilotDelivery Failure
I was sitting in my living room and the post office delivery person never rang my door bell, instead he left a delivery notice. The parcel is not ready for pick up until the next day. I'm disabled and will have to find someone to give me a ride to a Shoppers Drug Mart Post office to pick it up (the next day). Absolutely unacceptable.

TrustpilotWoodthorpe Post Office closing before it should be?
My local post office at Woodthorpe, York had closed early again?. It was 7.35pm and it wasn’t suppose to close until 8pm?. Unfortunately it’s the same lady Sue who closes the post office early?. She had closed the post office early then when I turned up she pretended to open the post office and tells me she can’t scan my parcel? She tells me she is one of most experienced in the post office but I totally disagree with this?. She doesn’t know how to do proof of postage’s or cash receipts she also doesn’t know how to do prepaid Parcelforce parcels. She does however need to be sent away for training because in my opinion she is the least experienced and the weakest link.

TrustpilotBrixton post office
Brixton post office, Ferndale Road, is basically what one could call a developing world style business. Lots of staff have has a chip on their shoulder, are aggressive and outright hostile, leading to terrible customer service skills and a vile experience. I’d recommend to find a better place if you expect first world service.

TrustpilotCancellation Fee Rip Off
I cancelled my PO car insurance literally 10 hours after taking it out because I spotted a mistake in the insurance, which when I contacted them to correct it made the premium prohibitively expensive. Despite the insurance not due to start in over 3 weeks time, and having only taken out the insurance a matter of hours earlier, they have stilled charged me £25 to cancel the policy. A total rip off!

Every Christmas time I get my parcels opened up or stolen! These rubbish ppl have no respect no job morals. Also I'm unable to send my fragile items without damages. I don't know what to do! Fragile tape, arrows signs all over the box I pay 4.15 for each 200g parcels to be sent safely and the guy would throw it on the pile in front of me. When I questioned him about it he said: 'it will be chucked in the van anyway!' wow! These ppl make my stomach turn! 🤮🤮🤮

TrustpilotVery unpleasant experience. I will arrange parcel service online in future which is much cheaper without awful non-service experience.
Very unpleasant experience, will avoid in future. If other PO branch staff were the same, I can't see how the PO would remain in business. I was spoke to with tone and attitude on asking for 4 small pieces sellotape to affix the label to save the cashier time as she was busy counting or similar. I explained I would not leave the sellotape out as the woman said that they pay for the tape and it would be taken by someone else. I further explained I'm right here at the counter and will give the tape straight back. The woman insisted she apply the tape and asked me to pass my parcel through. I passed my parcel through and the woman shouted saying I had knocked everything off. I could not see her side of the counter but my parcel was quite large and fit the whole of the counter top and hatch space. The woman said I had shoved the parcel through. I explained she had asked me to put the parcel through and that the box fits the whole of the counter space. Woman said I had been rude. I explained I had not and had apologised a few times (but she was not caring of any apology nor acknowledging what I was saying). She said her finger was bleeding. I said it was not intentional and that I hadn't attacked her and that she had asked me to put the parcel through which I then did. I asked if she had a plaster she could put on the finger, she snapped that she would put one on after and again said of my rudeness and that I had shoved the parcel through. I said I had apologised a few times and the woman was in fact being rude to me repeatedly accusing of unintentional unforeseen harm when all I had done was place the parcel through when she asked me to. I was calm, apologetic and caring asking if she had a plaster whereas she was shouting continually accusing me. The woman then refused to serve me and returned my parcel with her blood on it. I said there is blood on the parcel whereupon she quickly wiped it and stormed off out of view into another room, but left residual blood on my parcel which I then had to carry barehanded. I queued at another counter was calm polite and patient however I was told they would not serve me. I asked of the manager but staff did not want to give me a name or of when they were back in store. Staff seem to prejudge as though customers, I, was of low status or something, on how they spoke to me even before the apparant aggressiveness took place (I had only passed the parcel through as per request) I took a photo of the parcel and counter evidencing the parcel would've took the whole counter space when pushed through. I did not know nor could I see what was on the counter the other side or indeed where the woman's hand was as I pushed the parcel through. Customer care training would go a long way that would've prevented such awful escalation, shouting and accusation. I didn't mind the drive to three further post offices to find a major branch that would send my parcel today however it wasn't very environmentally friendly on a long avoidable trip. I am sorry the woman's finger bled but it certainly was not intentionally caused by me and I aren't responsible of where the woman's hand and counter things might be when pushing the parcel through when asked. I could not see at all what might be in the way as my view was taken with the large parcel that I was pushing through. I'm sure the woman will remain angry blaming me but it was all completely unintentional and would not wish anyone to be hurt. All I did was push the parcel through when asked. I would've thought the counter on the other side would've been clear of anything that will be knocked off with the size of the parcel and that hands are also out of the way when asking me to push the parcel through.
