Paid over £10 for next day delivery guaranteed, tracking now says it's gonna be delivered in 3 days time. Royal mail are a total rip off.

How is this company still in business
How is this company still in business? Online tracking says ‘inaccessible access’ which is an absolute lie. No card through door obviously no attempt to deliver. Surprised M and S use them must be cheap.

However, just to make you aware we are a separate company to Royal Mail and have no involvement in the handling or delivery of mail items. Brighton churchill square
I visited Brighton churchill square post office and just had to say how pleased l was with the service, l saw an older man with glasses l didn't catch his name he helped me sort out my passport application. He was kind and helpful, even took my photo for the application. I have since recommend this particular assistant to a friend who was also having problems sorting his passport and again he came up trumps ! Thank you

Why ever bother
Why ever bother? They send you an email saying your parcel will be delivered between stated times and needs signing for. Needless to say, it doen't arrive. No updates, nothing. You can't go out and tell them to leave it somewhere as our long-suffering Postie told me that their tablets don't update after they've left the depot - which is the time they send you the email. Totally and utterly useless "service" that just needs to be in the dustbin of history.

Legal criminals
If I was able to give this organisation a zero star rating I would. I have just seen the report into the New Horizon scam. Where is the money? What a bunch of legal criminals. No doubt in bed with the IT company and the usual back handers. Total scum of the earth all of them, 4 People died because of these scum.

Shocking and disgraceful family affair
Unprofessional approach towards customers witnessed a teller( stern old lady with a foreign accent very unmannerful, A.B.C chain of events. So bare with me. C.slapping hard on the counter screeching at a clearly visible upset customer, using intimidating behaviour customer was annoyed, she called the teller a lier challenging to check her cctv as she pointed out the customers behind were before in queue yet they were clearly not in the queue when this lady was waiting for her turn. they were choosing sweets. before making any more important excuses for her failure to provide service and customer called her bluff demanding why one customer got served without buying sweets, only buying 4 International stamps 8.80 paid by card, records can prove transaction.15 December around 315pm, and yet still she was brushed away and got told its a sweet priority counter, customer says you are bullshittixx A. it started when she said is it okay i serve customers behind you, she got told no and why? Sweet priority counter. U go otherside. What a joke! Very cheeky! Customer leaves comes back visibly upset. B. She said where does it say, bearing in mind a customer before just purchased only 4 stamps. Mind you this is happening in the post office , selling sweets making profits is more important then providing mail service. A total circus apparently they have a priority sweet till but you will keep customer waiting to be served for posting a letter demanding a explanation teller screamed back saying "you want to argue, you want to argue get out of my post office, her manners were questionable , she was clearly a aggressive foreign accent old woman very shocking. Slapping on the counter now that is abusive behaviour, my first thought was it s the branches fault keeping untrained staff who have no basic courtesy or manners been told to focus on making extra money on sweets ignoring mail service while working in a post office, what a joke! screaming like mad hatter rather then calming the customer down I approached the lady outside after watching what happened, consoled her and encouraged her to call the p.o to speak to the manager and explain the matter, and apologise as they were harsh words exchanged. Mind you the teller was making silly excuses she deserved a better telling off for being utterly rude. the call was dealt with a rude server who hung up. I asked her to call again, and the manager was ranting away without listening to her, using a threatening tone shouting at her. She would be thrown out if she ever entered the post office. You are barred , won't allow our staff to be abused, okay. What is abuse? Making your customers wait in the queue while you are having a few moments chat with someone buying stamps only, then the next customer who has patiently been waiting you ask them to step aside because you think its priority to sell sweets to customer behind them? Then shoo them away When you are asked, you start showing attitude. I would have not wrote this if I didn't see and hear it in person. And I have a recording of it. Sad thing is the lady was crying and shaking outside in total shock and she didnt want to fuss has told me she has been a customer since nearly 27 years and having a chronic condition she has always made an effort to support her local post office. She did mention that some staff are lovely, and the teller is the Managers wife. But after today, unfortunately , she will never be returning after such a traumatic experience, regrets what happened, and wishes most of the staff well. I have it on video. And I hope they don't delete their cctv footage for further investigation. the Post master should be taking full responsibility of his staffs rude and unprofessional behaviour, and of himself and his staff using their power to discriminate and bully customers. Being a support worker myself I will be making other organisations aware of this incident and encourage this customer and other customers to come forward and make a formal complaint against this Post office infuture. As I understand this is not a isolated incident. Many other concerned customers have wrote about staff being rude in this branch on public platform, Which proves my point. Unprofessional rude behaviour, discriminating customers is also giving form of abuse!I'm eagerly awaiting to hear your comments. The time line of this incident is slightly few seconds apart but camera footages can be provided to confirm the events of the day, customer browsing for sweets and not being in the queue get a vip treatment to get served while this lady got humiliated for standing patiently in the queue while watching another Customer getting served with buying 4 stamps only and NO SWEETS! it's simple double standards. Total shambles FORREST ROAD POST OFFICEEDINBURGH15/12/233.15-3.21 pm

WILKINSON HAYMARKET SHEFFIELD
WILKINSON POST OFFICE, HAYMARKET, SHEFFIELD.Normally they insist on PRIVACY AT THE COUNTER. Recently went in (around 2nd or 3rd of August 2022) and they turned a blind eye when a nosey Asian woman stood RIGHT AT THE SIDE OF ME AT THE COUNTER! She COULD have been filming for all I know hoping to see me put a pin number in. So decided NOT to use it. The female staff member said NOTHING to her. Next time I'll play hell. So, please take note post office staff. The sad part is, I boycotted Heeley post office on Gleadless Road in Sheffield as the clown who runs it allows EVERYONE to 'crowd' each other AT the counter. Post Office head office do sod all. So I now walk 30 minutes to this AWFUL Haymarket branch to find the SAME problem on THIS occasion.A staff member from head office called Mackenzie left me a message asking me to give him details of the problems at Heeley post office about three months ago. He ALREADY had the details so I sent him the details AGAIN. NO REPLY!Post office don't give a stuff about protocol. After all, it's not THEIR money or details at risk. What a pity we NEED post offices. Otherwise I'd happily wish them ALL to close and see the clowns who run them lose their jobs.Don't remain silent if someone 'crowds' you AT the counter. ALWAYS be suspicious in case they ARE filming you or simply trying to get your pin OR look at your personal details on the documents you have ON the counter. Tell anyone doing it to get damn well back IN the queue and AWAY from you.Staff SHOULD be doing this. But most post office staff are now are damn-well useless and don't give a stuff. No doubt the post office will leave a message at the bottom asking me for details. They ONLY do this to make "appear" as though they are taking it seriously. NO THEY DON'T. They IGNORE your messages. Don't waste your time. They don't give a stuff.

I dropped a parcel to the Wellington…
I dropped a parcel to the Wellington Road Post office in Burton-on-Trent on 11/12/2023 at 09.59 , the manager of the Post office accepted the parcel to b collected by DPD . The parcel was scanned into the post office and a receipt was issued as special delivery was paid for . On the 14/12/2023 the tracking for the parcel showed that the parcel was still at the post office . I caller twice to the post office on the 14/12 / 2023 and I was informed that the parcel was not there . I asked the manager to investigate and review the cctv footage as to the whereabouts of my parcel , unfortunately he was very dismissive with my request . I have contacted DPD but I would like my parcel located ASAP.
Hi, thank you for your review. I'm afraid that this is something you'd need to take up with DPD directly as they are responsible for collecting items once they are processed in branch. You can contact them via: https://www.dpd.co.uk/content/how-can-we-help/contact.jsp -Jess ⛄

STOP RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS BY…
STOP RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS BY INSTRUCTING YOUR COUNTER STAFF TO ENCOURAGE CHARGING CUSTOMERS MORE EXPENSIVE POSTAGE OPTIONS THAN IS NECESSARY. Staff member at Bridgford Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 6AP tried to charge me £8.00 to send small parcel who contents were only worth £20 - You are doing this because your business is failing and you want to artificially inflate your Profits so your Fat Cat bosses and Shareholders can receive their bonuses and dividends. I think the time has come now to shut down Post Office Ltd and let other couriers companies take on the task of providing a better quality services at more reasonable costs to consumers. STOP THE GREED OR GO!!

Skipton Sorting Office
another company with a ridiculously complicated online website. Ask a simple question! Don't bother. Also Skipton Sorting Office keep delivering the same charity junk mail items. Same 3 begging letters two days running. They do the same with the free magazines. Straight into the blue bin they go. Why do I want 3 copies of the same thing within the same week. And I'm not the only one for this to happen to. What a waste of money not to mention trees.

Fraudulent practices by Post Office and…
Fraudulent practices by Post Office and Royal…This applies to Post Office and Royal Mail! Posted a Standard letter weighing 60g- well within the defined dimensions and weight limits. Received a receipt/ proof of posting (Blandford Post Office). Some 10 days later I received a complaint from the recipient that it was not delivered due to inadequate postage stamp (required na further payment of £1.50) ( I have phot evidence of both)! The postage stamp attached to the envelope was First Class £1.25 that Post Office had sold me and gave proof of posting! Looking on Post Office and Royal Mail websites, you'll find telephone number and email address to complain. God help you if you try the telephone number- you end up with a nervous breakdown! Email address returns " Server Rejected.......". No postal Address to write complaints either! A rip off/ daytime robbery, fraudulent behaviour!
Hi David, I'm sorry to hear about this. However, Royal Mail are responsible for adding surcharges to items rather than ourselves, and they are also the ones who provide postage stamps to our branches so you'd need to get in touch with them directly regarding this. Woodthorpe Post Office closed early when it’s suppose to be open?
I came to drop off parcels at my local post office/Morrisons today Monday 11th December 2023 at 7.20pm and the post office is suppose to be open till 9pm Mon-Sunday. But the same lady I get called Sue has cashed up the post office early in fact this happens on a regular basis?, if the post office shuts at 7.20pm then this needs to be stated in the opening times in the shop and online, it’s Xmas I can only get to the post office in the evening I need the post to be open when its suppose to be? Also this lady is least experienced and the one who mucks up all my parcels, doesn’t know how to do cash receipt, proof of postage, doesn’t know how to do prepaid parcelforce parcel, shuts the post office early please can someone sort this lousy shop out?. When I goto Beckfield Lane Post Office it is open till 9pm Mon-Sunday so why is Woodthorpe shutting early?

The worse kind of staff to have at the Post Office on Westminster Bridge…
The "Post Office" on Westminster Bridge Road, London has two of the most rude and unpleasant staff I have ever came across in my life. I do not say this lightly. The two at the counter who work most of the time (mostly the lady) don't say hello, or bye, they're arrogant and very blunt to the customers including me, they do this on purpose and are aware after I made it obvious that their lack of greetings and politeness makes the conversation not normal.Every time I visit they are cold faced and I've actually avoided going to this branch even though it's closer. I also sent an email about the distress they cause anytime I remotely think I need to go to the post office and got a generic reply essentially dismissing what I've said. Funny enough the receipt asks for feedback, they just don't do anything about it when they get one.I think they are either of the opinion nobody can do anything and thus they can be rude as they like or maybe they have some kind of plan that if they get replaced with actual friendly staff they will try to blame it on unfair dismissal.I'm not alone either, just check the Google reviews. These reviews here and on Google just prove the Post Office does nothing about it and it explains how it is more systematic and stems from higher up.

The worst Post Office, Postal delivery plus Evri deposit location in The Wirral
I am flabbergasted by Morrisons and their Post Office in 3 Station Road, Meols. Not only can they not register post correctly but unbelievably Evri have appointed the worst post office in The Wirral if not the UK to take in their parcels, when they struggle with Royal Mail. Tonight I stood waiting for 20 minutes while a poor old lady (behind the counter in charge) flustered with embarrassment to accept a few parcel. It's madness and about a mile to the nearest alternative. Morrisons please have some decent standards and employ staff, who know how to do their job! Sadly it is also the Post Office Deliveries from Hoylake who can compete with Morrisons for abject service. Last Saturday a postman left a £2500 Insured Special delivery Parcel on our doorstep, when we were not at home! No note, no signature - simply dumped and my colleague had sent it with the higher insurance etc. A joke! What has happened to our Uk postal systemDr John Marshall.

All mail arriving late.
I had two letters today, regarding renewals ( insurance) the one was posted 29th December 2025. Do you think this letter should have took so long to arrive at my address. I've heard of people missing NHS appointments too as letters not arriving in time. We never used to have this problem. Please SORT .

closed near to me…
So a post office is closed near to me (Hamworthy) because you pay such a small amount for handling, the lovely lady can't afford to do it any longer forcing us to drive to town...I do so, pay £3 parking and there's one or 2 tills open max and queues down through the shop. Don't make excuses about it being Xmas. It's not like you don't know this happens every year. You really are one of the worst parcel operators going.... When other choices are already poor.Go bust or privatise will you and do everyone a favour.

Will never use again for collection.
First two negative experiences at the Post office in Tesco, Westwood, Broadstairs. Rude staff, unhelpful, could not find parcel.Decided to risk a parcel being delivered for collection there again (on the off chance my first two experiences where random).No. staff look angry before you even get to the counter and.. My parcel had been delivered, then rejected by them. (This parcel was medium size and light weight). End result: Royal mail won't redeliver as it was sent back from delivery destination (the post office) to sender. The sender deems it delivered! but will investigate.I now have no parcel (not cheap content). I will have to wait and pay for redilivery, or a refund. Assuming it does not get lost on the way back to it's destination in which case I am out of money and parcel content. No reason for the Post Office to reject the delivery. Won't choose them again to collect from. Convenience and parking (only reason I have given 2 stars) do not make up for a naff service.

Post Office Savings
I know this is run by Bank of Ireland, but the account is called Post Office Savings so the review is here.Called to register Lasting Power of Attorney for my mums’ accounts. They make it so difficult, rather than being able to register online like most banks, I was told to go in branch to certify documents and apply.I called on two separate occasions to confirm the form required and queried this as the form suggests its to open an account, but I want to access mums existing accounts!I had to drive 30 minutes to a main Post Office, have them certify ID and handed in the filled-out form. Talking to the lady in the Post Office, she said it looks like a savings application form but has never dealt with LPA so didn’t really know. Two weeks later I had my form returned stating it was not filled out fully and they need to know "countries I receive monies from" and "my mums saving goal"!!!This proves the form I was told to use by TWO different customer service reps was incorrect.ABSOLUTE JOKEI now have to waste more time and call PO Savings just to speak to people who don’t seem to know what they’re doing, in the mean time my mum has to pay for her care home which is why this money is desperately needed!
