Absolutely dreadful on all levels. Post not turning up and lost or probably thrown away. Exceptionally rude and unhelpful staff in main Taunton branch when wanting to renew a drivers licence told “to go away” as their machine was not connecting to DVLA. Went back again told to post it and that it would cost double!

I visited West Nile Street branch in Glasgow today and was appalled by how bad it was. Only 3 staff, 2 of whom were mostly chatting to each another and the one who was doing something did her best with queues of 20+ people. Maybe they’re offering too many services and spreading themselves way too thin.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Rita and Naren at the Royal Wootton Bassett post office, who was very helpful and kind towards me with my passport application and ,who both were absolutely amazing with their service and helpfulness, when there was a big queue of customers....I give them both 10 out of 10 for going above and beyond. woow that's all I can say the postoffice is absolutely horrendous went into to to main postoffice to find the server down no help whatsoever first one just slapped an ipad into the glass told me nothing I can do I have a heart problem this made my stress worse I got made redundant and needed to do my sia licence renewed the guy in bracknell said the same thing I travelled to 3 and no one could help the servers Dont know when lts up I said is there any other place they said no that's it 7 people waiting in the que she was on her own trying to do packages tavel money an seving absolutely appauling service all Im Trying to do is get my licence to pay my morgage cant get through to no one on the phone I feel like screaming somebody can help

Arranged for a parcel to be delivered at my local post office (Moseley) via Royal Mail. As it happens, it arrived at the time I arrived on the premises. Out of spite the staff there said no deliveries can be accepted and it would be sent back on principle. Now it looks like it will take weeks to get the parcel, between the to-ing and fro-ing of Royal Mail and the overseas seller. I'm now thinking that not all the postmasters caught up in the Horizon controversy were necessarily blame-free...

A calendar sent to France, returned with a notice saying this should have a Customs document completed to allow export. The same calendar posted from the same Post Office at the same time arrived at another French address without a problem. It's a calendar, no "commercial value" and is typical of the whole organisation - no wonder the Horizon scandal has such a high profile. The faster the Post Office is dismantled the better

Got someone else's Amazon parcel handed to me yesterday at Oak Lane Post Office In Bradford by mistake. Took it back today when I found out but was told the correct parcel had been given me. So my parcel had morphed in to somebody else's parcel on the way home? You can see me putting this parcel in my bag on CCTV but PO boss (who it transpired had served me) insisted all Amazon packages look the same. Easier to construct ridiculous lies and gaslight a customer than admit a basic mistake. Utterly disgusting behaviour from new management at Oak lane Post office, Bradford. I would say this is actually abusive and I have made a formal complaint

I am disgusted at the actions taken by the Post Office over the Horizon computer bug. The Post Office should never be able to undertake their own investigations again. They have made a travesty of British justice. They ruined lives! People were given criminal convictions - good people who they falsely accused.There should be a criminal investigation into Horizon, Fujitsu and the Post Office management to determine what charges should be brought against them!

Absolutely ridiculous 2 people working. And 20+ customers waiting. Waiting in the business banking queue. Then she closes it to go and get the parcels! Ask the lady when does the business banking re open, her reply was when I finish what I’m doing. So rude!! Surely is it safe to have 4/5 people waiting to do their business banking?

When I entered the Danesholme Post Office Corby, Sue and her very friendly staff could have not been so helpful. I was sending a parcel and they took care of everything for me. They even checked with my permission my mobile phone to get the payment receipt and address to print the label for me.Thank you so much to Sue and her Staff.

The service from Tonypandy is hopeless, they left a card to pay postage on a letter, obviously not going to pay till I see it, been twice and it is shut at 3 pm. They do not answer the telephone, just had an off hand reply from some person outside it is shut today, no opening times , they charge a fortune to deliver a letter , which often takes over a week. It is a disgrace this non existent service. Didn’t even leave a reference number

I don't usually write reviews and I didn't have great expectations from the Post Office travel insurance at start, but I was very pleased with the outcome. I had to cancel my trip due to medical reasons and I submitted a claim using the online form. Fairly easy to use and comprehensive. Submitted the right documents and within a reasonable time I got a positive answer and shortly the compensation in my bank account. I was pleasantly surprised I didn't have to follow up on the claim or make any calls. All done online. So thank you Post Office Travel insurance for your service and support.

Sent packet via Post office and recieved a proof of posting note includede £50.00 insurance on package contents, Vale of item was infact £125.00 aprox, but I was sure it would get through.... Good news was the box / packaging arrived, BUT unfortunately, the box was damaged and no contents, (aparently, the postman confirmed this.)Phoned post office and got through and told that I could not make a complaint / claim for 10 days as the item is not lost until 10 days has passed, (well, the contents is not about to arrive without an address, and the Post Office has not yet invested in a telepathy as of yet. Presumably, it will not arrive without an address as that was on the packaging!Tried to call them after the ten days but could not get through. Tried email unsuccessfully and then eventually managed to call them again. Totally unhelpful.I thought that the ROYAL Mail / Post Office was a respectable and decent organisation, but it seems like many to have descheveled to little more than .......... (insert a word of your choice). They are in my mind devious, unhelpful, calculating and underhanded. I am disgusted by their service and behavoir and attitude. I was told that they have many packaged that are damaged on the conveyor etc.I will be taking this matter to the County Court as of principle if I do not have satisfaction.Perhaps, their Chief Executive Nick Reid would like to reply to my comments. I am waiting.

Disgusting service. For a city like Bristol, it has a tiny section in WH Smiths in the Galleries. The service is diabolical. Only 1 or 2 staff working during lunchtime with massive queues, whilst in the Bureau de Change 2 or 3 people sit there chatting, ignoring customers. Self-service is a joke, with no one to supervise or help with queries. Dreadful place.
