TrustpilotStourport post office, 28 High Street
Disgusting service, Amazon package delivered with Amazon reference, my name and DOB on parcel. Post office refused to hand over! Woman on the front desk of the two cashier/postal desks sat in the left, typical middle age labor attitude dictator who’s more interested in clock watching than helping. Not the first time I’ve had this issue as she did the same in August with a passport. Amazon said you have the reference number & ID so if they don’t hand it over they are breaking the law. Had to threaten calling the police & my solicitor to get my package. She was more interested in when 5pm was approaching to watch the “Christmas lights coming on”! Her excuse, it’s the postman’s fault followed by it then being Amazon’s when she had my property and was initially refusing to hand it over. Another left wing muppet who belongs in a mental institution rather than sitting around barking at people and talking to her own staff like sh*t! Caused me to miss my train and had to take a cab to the airport costing me £70 as opposed to£11 on the train. avoid like the plague!

TrustpilotOutdated service and appalling service from the business leaders
I recently went into my local PO to check the cost of postage for a large letter containing artwork that I produced. They were very helpful and efficient and said two first class stamps would cover the cost. I stuck the stamps on and left the letter with them. That is when things started to go wrong! the letter which I had written Do Not Bend on arrived over a week later in a poor state, damp and crumpled. The Post Office is an outdated and poorly managed business that has no place in modern society, it is also in control of it's own destiny, I feel so sorry for the employees who must be ashamed of the company they all work hard for.I'm sure they will get jobs with a modern business that will take over this appalling shambles that is evident.

TrustpilotDrop & Go, declining my credit card every time.
When I attempt to top up my drop and go account using a Capital One credit card, it is always declined. I have spoken with Capital One and am told in fact they are restricting purchases through the Post Office web site because the Post Office is not complying with their duty in respect to the manner in which they are processing these payments.

Whatever do you do not save with Post Office. Their processes and systems are antiquated. Their customer service is poor and should you have any problems they will take forever to resolve, all the time not being able to access your money.

TrustpilotDisgrace!
Bunch of scumbags causing innocent people to go to jail, destroying lives and to taking their own life just so you could keep your bonuses and so called power. Toxic place with a hateful culture and bunch of arrogant morons that are deeply rooted in deceit and poor performance, how incompetent can you be to implement a system with such errors. There is no culture or operations to save at the Post Office, prosecute all of those complicit including the scumbags at Fujitsu who perfectly knew the problems.

TrustpilotPOST OFFICE 118 HOLLOWAY ROAD
I GIVE ZERO STARS. WOMAN BEHIND COUNTER WAS EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE, TELLING LIES THAT TO WIRE A SMALL SUM OF MONEY WOULD BE EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE, IT WAS NOT IT WAS ONLY A £5 CHARGE, SHE DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO READ THROUGH MY COMPLETED FORM TELLING ME TO SPEAK TO WOMAN AT TILL INSTEAD. THIS WOMAN WAS ALSO RUDE, ENDED UP LEAVING HAVING A WASTED JOURNEY. WESTERN UNION SHOULD WITHDRAW THEIR CONTRACT WITH THIS POST OFFICE AS THEY ARE TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH NO RESPECT AND LOSING THEM BUSINESS.

TrustpilotPURE EVIL!
The UK Post Office is evil! There is no other word I can suitably use to describe this criminal organisation.Formerly headed by the universally detested Paula Vennells, who has ust been forced to hand back her ill-gotten CBE after ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND people petitioned to have it removed (we know she wouldn't have done so otherwise). This is what actually needs to happen:-1. Every single person wronged by the Post Office through their criminal actions needs to be paid ONE MILLION POUNDS in compensation AND damages.2. The spouse of any wronged sub-postmaster/mistress who committed suicide after the appalling way they were treated by the Post Office, should be paid TEN MILLION POUNDS.3. Paula Vennells and her cronies - every one of them, need to be tried and convicted for their parts in this crime and fined £10million each. If they do not have the money, everything they own, including their gold-plated pensions, must be removed and sold. They must then be sent to prision for at least five years (we really know that means two thanks to our lousy judicial system), so that they can reflect on their abominable actions.3. Every Member of the UK Parliament who ignored the plight of the people wronged or who had their snouts in the trough ... ED DAVEY, I'm looking at you ... must resign and never be allowed to hold any government or public office again.4. Paula Vennells, ex-CEO of The Post Office must be sacked from her new role in the NHS and never be allowed to head any public organisation as long as she lives.5. Fujitsu must be fined at least ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY MILLION POUNDS for their part in this scandal and any money recovered, used to create a new legal fighting fund specifically to cover people fighting for miscarriages of justice.6. Fujitsu have made £BILLIONS out of the British people and must NEVER be handed another public contract for anything whatsoever.7. Existing contracts for legacy systems with Fujitsu must be wound down, so that the British taxpayer does not continue to pay this appalling and corrupt organisation. That is just a start .....I, my family, friends, colleagues and acquaintances will NEVER, EVER use the Post Office again. Let others do the same and let the Post Office go bust. There are plenty of companies, more efficient and more honest, waiting in the wings to take over. The Post Office are Evil!

TrustpilotPost Office Savings (Lasting Power of Attorney)
Never known a company like it.Been trying to register Lasting Power of Attorney on my mothers accounts since August 2023 with this most unhelpful of companies. In a call to them before Christmas, the lady said LPA was finally registered and login details were on the way.10th January 2024 NOTHING!Called them again to find out the latest excuse, and there was one! I was told it has been delayed because it’s now gone to the bereavement team to take my late father off the account! PARDON? As the executor of my late fathers estate, I notified you just after he passed away in 2019, YES 2019, OVER FOUR YEARS AGO! The join accounts matured late 2019 and 2020, i have the letters!, but known only to Post Office, they decided to open new accounts and leave his name on the accounts as deceased, knowing it will cause problems!Incompetence is a understatement! At what point was you going to update me? I first applied for LPA in August 2023, you would’ve known you left his name on the accounts yet you kept quiet. You didn’t even notify me of the delay AND to top it off, to close her accounts so i can pay for her care, I must write to you, just to delay it further!!!At such a difficult time with mum having late Alzheimers, every other financial institution i've dealt with understand the upset and has made LPA so easy and grant within a week. Why nearly 5 months later am I'm still struggling with the Post Office! Why do you make it as difficult as you possibly can?

Our local post office in Huncote, Leicester is the best post office we have come across. The postmaster Mr Ram and the staff are excellent people with very warm and friendly nature. Always help customers to make their trip a memorable experience. They go out of their way to assist customers,no matter of age or.... and give every possible help they can. Can vote as the BEST Post Office.

TrustpilotUnprofessional and rude service
Just been to my local post office branch I. Kirkcaldy High Street and experienced the most awful service. Myself and my disabled husband went with all the correct documents to apply for free road tax as my husband is on full adult disability. These clowns REFUSED and said we need a letter of exemption from Social Security. I had our letter showing this along with the v5c and MOT all as stated online. They were rude, told me they couldn't do it and to go to another branch! I phoned Social Security when I got home and they confirmed that we were correct. I called these clowns and told them that they were wrong as I had called Social Security..guess what...THEY HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME!! Raging is an understatement.. I will now need to go 10 mile to my next main Post Office to get this.

TrustpilotHow the hell can it take 20+ years
How the hell can it take 20+ years and still not be sorted out? I thought it had been several years ago, imagine my growing rage as I watched the drama unfold.Anyone with a brain and honest at HQ should have realised there was something wrong once the losses started to mount up. Instead they all tried to lie their way out, ruining innocent lives in the process. Confiscate the gong awarded to the ex ceo immediately. Auntie Paula now hiding behind the cloth speaks volumes. WELL DONE MR BATES, YOU ARE A STAR.No need for a reference number to post this - they will understand my rage - but will they? history says otherwise. I look forward to HQ & Fujitsu prosecutions left, right and centre in due course. On second thoughts, if the PO were anything like honourable people, I would have thought they would cut through all the legal crap and cough up the required compensation IMMEDIATELY. We all know its an injustice that just needs to be put right. Why go through all the expensive legal stuff (on 3 fronts to boot), with delays left, right and centre unless they really ARE vindictive people. I accept that the removal of convictions need to go through the legal procedure but even this could be simplified and speeded up. There again, I understand its all owned by the government - THAT SAYS IT ALL. Today I watched PMQ's where the current Postmaster General was concerned that those who actually did steal money could get absolved. Given the history of horizon - whats the chances, and under the circumstances, does anyone care?

TrustpilotAs bad as any criminal scam
An item a family member tried to send didn't have enough postage on it.... We paid the additional funds but still didn't receive it. That alone isn't too bad.... But the fact there is no way on the post office complaints system to raise the issue and get a refund is appalling.....It may as well have been an online scam.... Its just as bad... Proof of additional payment and card received regards the underpayment has been recieved but they won't listen....They say Evri is bad, this is worse.... Westdale Lane Office, Nottingham Payment and item number available Government robbery!!

TrustpilotMy local Post office is great
My local Post office is great. Been following the Horizon scandal for a few years now and find myself compelled to write. The depth of criminal, corporate, psychopathy driven by the people at the very top to the internal investigators that must have known they were fitting up honourable people. The Horizon helpline who kept telling these poor helpless people "No one else is having a problem" when it would have been clear to them, they were obviously given script to LIE. Call center people have very narrow margins for deviancy. The Taxpayer will have to fund this horrible miscarriage but lets see some jailtime and loss of high earners pensions that had anything to do with this crime, lied or told others too. Justice has been missing for over 20 years, people have died, or have lives ruined willfully. POST OFFICE DO THE RIGHT THING and release all documentation and call logs!

TrustpilotThe Post Office Rotten to the Core
The Post Office went wrong. Rotten to the core and reprehensible for the actions of top brass and Fujitsu for allowing this total miscarriage of justice against ordinary people to take place. You went out of your way to obstruct investigations and conceal facts. You are guilty of all the things you will be charged with when the investigation concludes. This investigation should have started 20 years ago. Paula Vennells should be stripped of her CBE and how she carries on her duties as a priest is unethical

TrustpilotNoland Principles
How can it be just and right that Paula Vennells was awarded a CBE, it compounds the injustice that sub postmasters a mistresses suffered at the hands of the Post Office, it brings the honor system into disrepute. Were senior executives in the Post Office completely unaware of the Nolan Principles = Selflessness, Integrity, Objectivity, Accountability, Openness, Honesty and Leadership. How can the public ever trust the Post Office again? Only by being completely honest and open, admitting to their faults will the Post Office management be able to reverse the distrust the public now has for this once loved organization.

Woking Post Office in Surrey. An awful place. Not enough staff for the amount of customers that use this busy PO. Dirty and the self service machines are broken. Food on the floor. I gave up and came back an hour later, still had to wait with the slow service. The one in Guildford was great, however it is now closed and relocated to WHSmiths. Having just seen the TV program about the Horizon nightmare, I will now avoid the PO at all costs!

TrustpilotScum management at its worst
The Post Office. A company that has blood on its hands. A company in it's death throws. A company that hired the scum that is Fujitsu to automate its post office systems. Fujitsu made my life a misery when I had to deal with them through a third party in the 2000's. Karma is sweet. There will be a special place in hell reserved for the CEO'S and others responsible for the criminalisation, destroyed livelihoods and deaths of sub-postmasters.
