Terrible company from start to finish. Did couple of repairs at the start of tenancy but then all issues got ignored even when chasing them about my front door lock not working, ended up doing it myself for my safety. Took over 3 months for my deposit to get returned, after lots of emails and chasing I bypassed them entirely and rang the landlord myself and got it sorted within a week. Turns out they lied about me being able to paint and leave the washing machine, the landlord had no idea. Would never use them again.

I was with Regal since 2013 but they have got worse and worse over the years. If you are a landlord avoid at all costs. Very poor property management and the kick in the teeth was being charged for "tenancy renewal negotiation" where there was no negotiation with the tenant (rent didn't change) and Regal didn't manage to get a signed copy from the tenant anyway. If I could I wouldn't even give one star. I also want to add that I have already made a formal complaint and taking it to the Property Ombudsman.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Extremely unprofessional and completely unresponsive, mostly by Charlotte Marshall, Kaan Altunay and Kelly Harrison. They didn't even respond to the damp, mould and eclectic faults issues. They gave our details to 3rd. parties without our consent. Our deposit is still not returned - 9 months after we moved out, without any explanation - we even paid for professional cleaning and painting. From start to finish lucy was phenomenal, nothing was too much to ask, always picked up the phone, everything ran smoothly and she went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect .
