I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Regal Lettings! From start to finish, the process was seamless and efficient. I found a property and managed to secure it within a day, thanks to their excellent turnover for all the paperwork. Every time I needed to ring them or had a question, they were always available and ready to help. Special thanks to Lauren, Madison, and Billy, who were incredible throughout the entire process. They were prompt, professional, and always effective at getting paperwork sorted and answering any questions I had. Even after my move, they continued to be responsive, whether it was via phone or email. As a first-time renter, they made the experience effortless for me. I highly recommend them for their reliable and efficient service. There was an issue with the intercom at the new property which I noticed on the first day itself and I’ve contacted the relevant authorities and is waiting for them to sort it out as of now.

Billy Newlands, Branch Manager, Regal Lettings is the best. Unfortunately, for years, our property was let at way under market value and we lost so much money (through bad advice from another branch manager, same company). However, I called and spoke to Billy, who did an updated market appraisal and secured the rent at the proper current market value. He was very quick to respond, very kind in his manner and extremely thorough and professional. I shall definitely be dealing with him from now on and highly recommend his agency/branch. Thank you.

Very good agency. Good attitude, competent helped me with everything. I even received a welcome gift for my first house that i rented through them. The letting agent Lauren answered all of my questions and the process for applying with her was easy. Most of our conversations were through email even the signing of the contract. Her manager Billy is great at his work too he gave me the keys with a smile. If you are looking for a new home don't hesitate to contact them you won't be dissapointed.

Staff are helpful and friendly. As we are new migrants of a family of four, including 2 young children, we had the very need of a place to stay and find schools for the boys. Our letting journey - our family landed in the UK on 11 July, reached out to Regal Estates on 12 July and got the keys of the property on 22 July. Without the Regal letting team working and communicate with us effectively, it would not have been possible for us to move in so quickly. Natalie came to my home to provide a valuation, but it ended up being much more than that. She talked me through the entire letting process and patiently answered all of my questions (and there were a lot!). They come across quite condescending on the phone (I spoke to Natalie and Zaira). Asking me questions they already know the answers too. I have a good sense for energy and I genuinely don’t want to get the property simply because I’d be dealing with their weird behaviour. I don’t think they realise how rude they come across.

I'm a BTL landlord / investor and Charlotte & Lucy managed to find me a tenant on the day I completed the purchase of my property at my asking price and in line with other properties in the area. They actually called me before I completed to tell me that they had someone ready before the person even saw the flat in person. Amazing work and the aforementioned speaks volume. Throughout the process they were great and the tenant moved in passing all references smoothly.
