I used Deborah & Tom at Revilo to rent out a Buy to Let in Helmshore where the whole process took about 10 x weeks in total from the previous tenants moving out and the new tenants moving in. Revilo secured a substantial increase in the rental amount achieved and provided very helpful guidance throughout the whole process and were particularly thorough in vetting all prospective tenants. I was really pleased with their service and will definitely use them again.

From the 1st viewing with the agent up to confirming the tenancy start date these guys have been amazing! It's not often that you can have a really genuine discussion with an agent but these guys were ready to listen, worked with me and guided me through whole process at every possible point. My reason for needing to move is life changing for me and my daughter and all at Revilo made this change happen! I really cannot praise the team enough, amazing!!

He has provided me with an excellent service and was in touch with me regularly with updates. Working full time and getting through the process was a difficult, however Jack reassured me by working tirelessly from the start to ensure this process was completed. We have very recently sold our family home with Revilo. They have been absolutely brilliant with us. We dealt mainly with Jack Medhurst there, what an absolute treasure he is. A real credit to them. From day one, he always went the extra mile, keeping in touch and keeping us informed. He made the whole process a much nicer and bearable process, than what it would have been. And I really can't thank him enough for all the support he gave us. I can't recommend Revilo enough. Hopefully we won't be needing them for a long time, but if and when we did sell again, we would definitely do so with Revilo.

Used Revilo to sell my house. Can only describe Dylan and Jack as amazing. I rang them daily near the end of sale and every time they were more than happy to help. Dylan even got to the point of chasing up the buyers solicitors for me on the last day to make sure it went through ok. My house sale probably would have fallen through if it wasn’t for them two. My property was purchased by Revilo Investors 2022 I first made contact with Dylan at Revilo to view a home they were advertising. We decided regardless of whether we liked this house or not we wanted to view, we definitely wanted to sell our own home with Revilo, and that was just after having one conversation with Dylan. I want to point out why, At Revilo, staff speak plain human English and even British Sign Language & don’t speak in riddles like most EA’s, they are clear with communication and they will stay on the phone with you until you understand every little bit of the process, & they don’t fob you off. We were visited by Jamie who valued our home, gave us a great valuation, really impressed by the professional photography and the brochure that was created, not the standard estate agent photo’s on a mobile phone & put straight onto Right Move with a standard description from copy &paste, no, this actual brochure was specifically created for our home & I feel this is what made me gain a lot of viewers. My home went on sale the day after, had a few viewings a couple of days later & accepted an offer, which was over the asking price, this was all in a week. We then offered on a new home & our offer was accepted. A few months down the line & due to delays with our conveyancer, unfortunately, a home sellers worst nightmare, my buyer withdrew their offer out of the blue. With me being at the bottom of the chain, this would have fallen apart unless I quickly re-listed by home for sale and started the process of viewings again. Realistically, it would have been impossible to relist, have viewings, accept an offer, & have the new buyer do their legal work and complete all within a 4 week timescale. With others in the chain having deadlines within 4 weeks, I was so disheartened to know that not only would we be losing our dream home, but others in the chain would suffer too. Luckily, Revilo came to my rescue, I hadn’t realised prior to me signing up with Revilo, but they are also property investors too, and the CEO Lee actually ended up investing in our property by purchasing it and waivered my estate agent fees which was a bonus, in order for me and everyone in the chain to move forward with our purchases, and for this, I am forever grateful. We were all able to complete within 4 weeks which is amazing. We are so relieved to be in our new home & we want to thank everyone, Jack, Jamie, Lee, Thom, Gemma, DYLAN, Oliver, Beth, Lauren and I’m sorry for anyone else I have missed off this list. I don’t think I am missing anyone. Except for POPPY. Poppy, honestly you have been there for me from day one right until the end and I am so grateful for your hard work and all of the effort you put into keeping this large chain together, you literally did your own work AND basically my conveyancers work, without you and the team at Revilo, I wouldn’t have made it this far, Thank you so much x I will also be reviewing my thoughts and sharing my experience with my sellers estate agent Cowel and Norford. Is there anything I wished I did different?Sadly YES 1. I made a mistake by going directly to the lender for my mortgage thinking it would be straight forward - it wasn't, it went wrong, I got my figures wrong. I had to chase the bank1000 times, whereas Revilo’s mortgage dept have a portal with lenders and underwriters and access to better deals 2. I also naively decided to take out our life Insurance direct with the lender, which still has not been approved & still remains with the underwriter. Had I gone to Revilo, we would have been offered a better deal and we would have been covered right now. Overall, I thought I would save time and money doing it all myself, but the opposite has happened. A long review but I want to share our experience and hope it helps someone out there wanting to sell their home, esp if it could be a complex one like mine. Finally, when we moved into our new property, I got this cute groovy little hamper too with lots of vouchers & discount codes so I can shop til I drop :) Thank You REVILO X
