We had a very unusual buying experience and the team at Revilo not only reassured us but walked us through the process the entire time. When we viewed the house originally it was Zach who showed us around. He was amazing, answered all of our questions and gave us space when we needed to talk amongst each other. Genene was our voice of reason through the whole experience, making sure we understood what happening and keeping us updated. We are first time buyers and Revilo were amazing with us! I’ve just used Revilo for the sale of my property and the service they provide is amazing! I purchased from them back in 2020 and the experience was great then so decided to sell with them too. The valuation with Dylan was very thorough and I felt comfortable asking questions. The strategy we used for the sale price was perfect too and worked well so we were not sat on the market for long (sold within 2 days!). Genene was an absolute star from start to finish, liaising with the whole chain and keeping everything running smoothly for us. She was really professional yet caring and had our best interests at heart. I know she also spoke to our buyers very often to keep them updated. And finally Sam has helped with getting our next mortgage in place too, taking our personal circumstances into consideration along the way. The only stressful part about moving for us was actually packing. Everything else was seamless! Thank you all so much again to the whole team!

Revilo from start to finish were absolutely fantastic. I had Lee come round for the initial valuation and returned to take photographs and run me through the process in its entirety. Listing was fast and it wasn't long until viewings were arranged. Zach showed people around and was always in touch giving me feedback. House sold to the 3rd viewer and then the process moved on in its process. Genene was absolutely fantastic and on a whole other level during this process. She chased other estate agents, solicitors and kept me upto date not only on my sale but my onward. It was great to have someone there to fall back on, rant to at times (!), but keep everything moving forward. Lots of laughs during a difficult process but we got there! Would definitely recommend Revilo as not only were they competitively priced, but when compared to the estate agents on my onward, were genuinely outstanding. Thanks again!

I recently purchased a home through Revilo Homes, and I cannot recommend Genene Matthews highly enough. From start to finish, she was absolutely fantastic. Genene was incredibly proactive throughout the entire process, consistently chasing estate agents, solicitors, and everyone else involved in the chain to help keep things moving and get the sale completed as quickly as possible. She kept me well informed at every stage, providing regular updates and always being available to answer any questions. Not only was she highly professional, but she was also friendly, approachable, and genuinely cared about making the experience as smooth as possible. Buying a property can often be stressful, but thanks to Genene’s hard work, the whole process was relatively stress-free and straightforward. Another excellent house move with Revilo. We have experienced both sides of Revilo from purchasing of them and then selling via them. We were really happy with our experience from the start with the valuation and attention to detail via the information packs we received from Dylan upon our first valuation appointment. The quality of pictures and experience from the photographer showed our home perfectly gathering lots of interest from the off. The viewings were easy to accept and amend using the street app and Zach and Faizan were great with consistent feedback either after every viewing or every group of viewings. Even after the house was under offer both still made contact to make sure there was nothing else we needed. Finally a special shoutout to Genene who was so helpful, organised and re assuring throughout the whole process. She was very thorough and assisted with any problems from start to finish.
