Hi Farhad, I am sorry you felt this way but unfortunately as we said to you in our first correspondence, commercial leases are much timelier than your tight deadline and affordability checks are in place with every agent and need to be adhered to. This protects you as a tenant and the landlord for obvious reasons. As my colleague requested, if you have the additional documents, we requested from you this morning then please feel free to send these into us however, failing to have these will mean your application will not be able to be proceeded with. Whilst I can understand this isn't the outcome you were looking for and hence lead you to leaving us a poor review, I must say that any agent in the town that is following guidelines will be required to ask for further documentation in this instance and this was not a reflection on ourselves as "Worst Service" as you have put in the review but instead, merely an answer you didn't like. When looking to enter a commercial Lease there are due diligence/checks required and solicitors drafted in to draw up Leases etc... and with the additional requests you to adapt/change the property this was not agreeable with the landlord and nor did the documents you sent to us meet the criteria required to secure the property. I wish you all the best in your quest to find a property and should you wish to change your mind and send us the documentation we requested I would be happy to review this for you. Hi Harry, I wanted to respond to your one star review and clear up any misconception, as you contacted the office this morning with regards to a property that we have sold and is no longer advertised with ourselves because it had an alarm sounding and you were in a neighbouring property. Due to the fact that this property in question has been sold and completed on which is therefore no longer a property we have in stock or indeed anything to do with. Your grievance with the smoke Alarm going off is an issue with the new owner however, in order to assist you and after threats of you breaking into the property! I have spoken to the vendor and advised him that the smoke alarm is sounding and asked him to make arrangements to attend the property and resolve accordingly. Other than this, we do not have keys for the property as it has been Sold. In this instance I think your review of the company is poor and not a reflection on us as a business especially as we assisted you in contacting the vendor on your behalf. If there was anything else you felt we should have done with a property we don't own or have access to please do let me know The issue I believe has now been resolved within an hour of you calling us, so hopefully you will be less inclined to provide 1 star reviews for people trying to help you and resolving your issue within the hour in the future Kind regards Jemma Holden Managing Director
