Selling a property can be stressful, but Revilo made the whole process far more manageable from start to finish. The market was difficult and the sale took a while to compete. Despite this, once a buyer was found, their communication was consistent, professional, and reassuring throughout. A special mention has to go to Genene, who was outstanding as the sales negotiator. She expertly managed the chain, anticipating issues before they became problems and keeping everything moving when it could easily have stalled. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble - she was proactive, responsive, and completely on top of every detail. Her advice was not only clear and honest, but genuinely invaluable. At key moments, her calm approach and experience made a real difference, turning what could have been very stressful situations into ones that felt under control. You always felt she was fully invested in achieving the best outcome for all. While the process took some time - the important thing is that Revilo delivered in the end. Their persistence and commitment never wavered, and the level of service remained high throughout. Overall, a reliable, hardworking, and professional team who genuinely care about their clients. Had a verry verry bad time with revilo homes property was listed for sale when it wasnt ready for sale due do land registery comitments. 2 years they had me on false hopes false lies 1 year i had to pay rent every month as i started living in rented property thinking 1/2 months i will be in my own, then i lost out over £1200 on solictor & other fees’s for the property which didnt go ahead and still isnt sorted. They put me in a loss when i was on my hard times. How i see it if a property is not ready to sell you should not list it for sale especially being told its been over 3 years the same problem. However the mortgage team at revilo i cannot complain they was really helpfull & great and give me a brilliant service and helped me through out my next purchase which wasnt even from their branch either. Highly appreciate oliver sam & his team.

My first contact was Lee who came to value the property. He was there on time and was very friendly and helpful. I was kept informed of all viewings and feed back. The property was sold in under 2 weeks. Lee did a great job for me. Once sold Dylan took over and he did a brilliant job. I was kept informed and Dylan was on to the solicitors to keep things moving. He was friendly, efficient and did what he said he would do. Overall my experience with Revilo was amazing. I purchased and sold my House through Revilo and Jamie to start with was brilliant, he was a massive help with the photos and initial marketing and then further down the line Dylan Benfold took over and he was absolutely brilliant, the rest of the team including diana, Lee were also always great and Oliver from finance was a great help too! To any one viewing this review, I've used multiple estate agents for purchases and have to say this was my best experience , a massive thank you to the team. The first sale fell through after near 6 months, and we had to remarket the home, the team managed to sell it again at a slightly lower price, but the fact that Dylan kept the entire chain (5 properties) up to date and gave me a weekly update was greatly appreciated, I would say at times it was definitely a 5 star service. The only room for improvement would be the communication consistency, we were a little frustrated at times in the early days when the portal wasn't kept up-to date regarding offers/viewings, we had one couple turn up and show us a text confirming a viewing but Revilo knew nothing about it!, but everything glued together by the end and the day of the move went smoothly and as stress free as it could be given the circumstances.
