Revilo are ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! Dylan was my negotiator from the very start and the middle man for my purchase, and he went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He provided me with updates whenever I asked, he always responded to my emails/calls swiftly, and his customer service is exceptional. A polite and hardworking man and a real credit to the company. On collecting my keys, I was gifted with a card and bottle of fizz which just made my day even more special. Honestly if I ever move house again revilo will be my number one choice, and if you have the pleasure of purchasing a home by revilo - just know they will have everything in hand. The whole team are a delight. (Ps. Let me tell you, other estate agents in rochdale do not have the patience or friendliness that these guys do, believe me….) Thanks always Dylan and team Lauren x

I sold my rental house during a downturn in the market partly caused by Liz Truss and her fantasy economics. However, Revilo did all they could to make sure that I found a buyer. My initial contact was with Thomas Cavanagh but I also was helped by Dylan Benfold when he wasn’t available. My previous experience of Revilo was when they sold my residential property on the first viewing a year or two earlier.

From start to finish, my experience with the Revilo team was fantastic. Met Jack Medhurst on a house viewing and was putting mine up for sale with another agent. His easy way, respectful distance, willingness to say ‘I don’t know but I’ll ask’, along with his professionalism meant that I instantly felt comfortable and trusted him. He completed my sale last week, he’s a lovely, professional (can’t stress this enough) and a reassuring presence in the process. Thom Cavanagh valued my home, what a brilliant style of working he has!! He managed my expectations in a very sensitive and diplomatic way. Unerringly professional and always going the extra mile, he was perfect for us and our situation. So calm too!! He marketed the house bang on. Thanks Thom!! We viewed a property in August 2021 and was shown around by the lovely Poppy. My partner viewed the property first and then we booked in for a 2nd viewing. Poppy was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. So helpful in fact, as soon as we got back to the car we phoned the office to put in an offer. Our offer was accepted and then it fell through, which was extremely deflating, especially with this whole house buying journey being new to us. A day later we had another phone call to say the other buyer has pulled out and if we still want the property we can put forward our offer again. My partner had more dealings with Oliver and Dylan as I’m an awkward Annie and prefer emails. But, Oliver was amazing at finding us the best mortgage possible and would regularly ring or email us to give us updates along the way. Again, being first time buyers, we had no idea what we were actually doing so having someone as professional as Oliver supporting us throughout was really reassuring. Over the last few weeks we had the support of Dylan with our completion date getting closer and closer. Like both Poppy and Oliver, Dylan was friendly and approachable and quite evidently knew his stuff. He regularly chased up our searches, our solicitor when things started slowing down and he guided us on what we needed to do next along with giving us updates as and when he had something new to inform us. After such a rubbish year, we are ending 2021 on such a high with a place we can call home. We cannot thank the guys at Revilo, in particular Poppy, Oliver and Dylan enough for everything they have done for us. I know how boring and tedious work can be sometimes, but these guys went above and beyond for us and we will forever be grateful. Stay safe and take care. First time buyers; we viewed a few properties with different estate agents, but we met Dylan & Thomas at a few of the properties we were viewing. They were both fantastic hosts and showed us around with great customer service and patience as we poked and prodded the properties. Given that interaction I would highly recommend viewing a Revilo Home with zero worry about how approachable their hosts are. When we settled on a property, we began dealing with Poppy. She was incredibly helpful and provided us with a lot of assistance and advice about our next steps, chased on a few areas and generally kept the ball rolling, of which we are very grateful. I cannot emphasize enough just how amazing Revilo Homes are. We both bought and sold with them and both times they were absolutely outstanding. On the purchase side, we dealt with Dylan, Poppy, Jack and Oliver, but with our most recent sale, we had Oliver and Jack looking after us from start to finish. What a team. Nothing was ever a problem for Jack or Oliver. Every time I said, 'It's Claire Robinson, again', there was never a hint of annoyance or a sigh, like you get with some companies. They helped us through every tiny detail, hiccup, and document we needed to go through and it made the process a little less stressful. In all honesty, I've never experienced customer service as Jack and Oliver provide. They're a complete credit to the team and although we won't miss the Revilo dialing tone / song, it will be strange not to catch up with them on a weekly basis! If you're buying, selling, or needing a mortgage, do not hesitate to go with Revilo. They're awesome!!

There is so much I could say about the incredible team at revilo and the personal support I got from Jemma. They really cover everything and have been amazing, firstly providing amazing mortgage advice but more personally Jemma has handled my late fathers life insurance. Through what has been a very difficult time Jemma has always been there and has been a rock throughout the whole process, the input and time investment that has been gone into resolving everything has been utterly unbelievable. I don’t know how I would have got through this without Jemma’s care, support and guidance I wouldn’t have known where to start. Seeing them work has prompted me to secure the right financial support for my family and their future. Simply put there is no other place I would think of doing it. I honestly do not have enough words to be able to thank Oliver enough for all he has done for us.
