Fantastic service from beginning to end. Reasonable agent fee too, compared to some I was quoted. My sale wasn't straight forward due to a doubling ground rent clause, but this didn't deter them. Myself and my family's experience with Revilo was incredible to say the least. We have dealt with numerous agents in Rochdale and Revilo definitely stands out to be the most responsible, professional and also concerned about finding you the right home. We have been trying to find a home during the Covid-19 period and whilst we would expect this to delay the process, Revilo have been on the ball with response times and booking in viewings. Very good experience with Revilo purchasing my home, Jamie gave us a great tour of the house to begin with and was very informative with the properties history. The property was very run down and he didn't hide any of the details which could of scared a potential buyer off. I appreciated Jamie's honesty and transparency regarding the issues which built trust and a mutual respect from the get go. After the acceptance of the bid Dylan from the office kept me informed along the way with as much info he had at his disposal. It was a stressful process as I felt like the seller was stalling and Dylan handled my frustrations very professionally and continued to chase it up to do all he could to speed up the purchase. Good experience overall as a buyer dealing with Revilo, I had a great experience with all staff members I conversated with.
