GoogleThe amount of leaflets we get through the door marketing this company is excessive and given that we are all being asked to reduce our carbon footprint, you would think you would be able to come up with a more innovative marketing campaign (why are you shoving leaflets through doors in 2024?!) that doesn't result in unnecessary wastage due to them inevitably being thrown in the bin. UPDATE: Response from owner is quite petty and rude. Glad you showed yourself to be a stereotypical estate agent so my estate knows to not use you.

UPDATE to Catherine’s update: Catherine likes to ignore the facts and doesn’t appreciate anyone who dares not to agree with her. After saying that my original reply (which is at the bottom of this update) was ‘hateful’ and that she can’t provide her address, so that I can remove her from any future marketing, ‘as I may seek revenge’ (staggering, you couldn’t make this up). We now get her latest opinions, again without any facts whatsoever. She wants to talk about carbon footprint print, whilst ignoring the facts, because she doesn’t seek any. We are the only agent in Rochdale to have an all electric car fleet and our offices on Bridgefold Rd, Rochdale are almost entirely powered by solar, which was installed in 2022 by Revilo Solar, another Rochdale based business. We we have done far more than most to reduce our carbon footprint. Fortunately the hundreds of positive reviews we get more than express the service we offer our clients. Of which Catherine isn’t one, we get the benefit of her one star review as she just didn’t like our marketing materials apparently; she won’t provide her address so I can remove her from future marketing but as she is in charge of her estate it appears, she expects me to remove the entire area from our marketing campaigns. I will have to hope the rest of the town continues to appreciate what we do. And Catherine, I can’t be a stereotypical estate agent as I am not an estate agent. Another of your assumptions. If you ever take the time to look at the facts before taking to the internet to try and rubbish the efforts of hard working local people, you will find lots of information about my 25 year career in business and the many businesses that make up Revilo Group, which are all based in Rochdale, a town the I love, where I live and where I choose to invest in businesses employing local people. As I said in my email reply to you last night. I hope you had an enjoyable bank holiday weekend. No hate intended or revenge planned! Original Response Below. Thanks for your input, but it’s a good job 99.9% of people understand the reason’s why businesses have to keep marketing themselves in 2024. GoogleWould highly recommend. I wasnt even paying them yet they did all the work and chasing that my estate agent didn't do. Great communication. As soon as it became apparent I was being left out of the loop, they kept in touch and kept me informed. Answered questions and queries regarding my purchase quickly and efficiently. Dylan Benfold and Jamie Fraser clearly know their stuff. This is potentially a short term move for me. I know who I'll be using next time.

GoogleI couldn't recommend these guys enough,especially ollie he was so patient and explained things a few times so I understood them correctly.he never made me feel stupid as his favourite saying goes "you don't learn this in school.." and he's right.he really is such a lovely guy and a pleasure to speak to.he never seems to have a off day and if he does it never shows.i would 1000 percent recommend him. I also dealt with a lady called shella who kept me upto date with things and was always warm and friendly to chat with.she was extremely responsive with any issues I may of had along the way Thankyou both so so much!

GoogleVery good experience with Revilo purchasing my home, Jamie gave us a great tour of the house to begin with and was very informative with the properties history. The property was very run down and he didn't hide any of the details which could of scared a potential buyer off. I appreciated Jamie's honesty and transparency regarding the issues which built trust and a mutual respect from the get go. After the acceptance of the bid Dylan from the office kept me informed along the way with as much info he had at his disposal. It was a stressful process as I felt like the seller was stalling and Dylan handled my frustrations very professionally and continued to chase it up to do all he could to speed up the purchase. Good experience overall as a buyer dealing with Revilo, I had a great experience with all staff members I conversated with.
