After a bad experience with an ‘award winning’ local estate agent, we were apprehensive about the entire buying and selling process, to say the least. We needn’t have worried! The amazing team at Revilo allayed our fears and worked hard to make the entire experience as stress-free and positive as possible. Jamie completed the entire valuation process with friendliness, knowledge and efficiency. He even remembered exactly what kind of house we were looking for and found the prefect one for us to buy! All of this was done in a manner which made sure we never felt under any pressure or obligation - which was refreshing after previous experiences elsewhere! Our house sold after the first day of viewings and the team conducting the viewings made sure it was simple and unobtrusive. Dylan did a fabulous job of keeping us informed every step of the way towards completion. He worked hard to keep a rather long and complicated chain on track, making sure we felt in-the-loop at all times. No matter how strange or wonderful our questions were, he always dealt with them with friendliness, professionalism and thoroughness. From start to finish, the entire team have treated us like friends, making sure we felt informed and happy at every stage. There are not enough good words in the english dictionary to describe the service and support I've received from these guys. As a FTB, I dealt with agents who were either not bothered or pushy as fu.... Right from rom my first viewing interaction with these guys has been nothing short of world class. My biggest praise goes to Dylan, who I can only describe as my wingman throughout this process. Always on the ball, always replied quickly and came across as someone who actually cared. I'm actually disappointed that I have no reason to email him anymore as he is an absolute credit to his company as was Jack. VFB (virtual fist bumps) all round!!

The team at Revilo have been brilliant - especially throughout Covid when things have taken far longer than usual to sort out. Oliver C has been an absolute star and provided help on our mortgage (and the selling process) throughout. The house was marketed well - high class photos. We had enquiries starting an hour after it was posted online and the house was sold within a week. Everyone at Revilo has been polite, courteous and nothing was too much trouble for them. We would highly recommend :)

Was interested in renting a property, so I called them, due to a speech impediment I sometimes stutter or speak slow on the phone, and a lady from revilo mocked me by imitating me, I found that very rude and disrespectful, is this how and what they think of clients or potential clients, they should understand that it’s us that puts money in their pockets, I was disgusted and I highly recommend to NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICES, they just want you’re money and can’t even provide a humane service over the phone.

I got a call off one of my close friends saying they’d had an estate agent round who said their property was only suitable for a modern auction and also that it was only worth £66,000. The reason I got the call was for my opinion, I said straight away that sounds nonsense and the £6k fees involved sounded like robbery! I introduced them to the guy I use; Jamie Fraser from Revilo Homes who went to see them around 10 days ago and confirmed the property was worth more like £95,000 and could be sold normally for a normal fixed fee. I get a call last week from my pal saying they’ve already had 5 viewings. I’ve now just taken a call from my good friend saying they’ve just accepted £90,000 from a person who’s just sold their home. Everyone is happy and my pal got circa £30,000 more for using the right people. Fantastic. It’s made my day. Well done Revilo team. That’s how it’s done😎
