I wouldn't recommend this estate agent to anyone wanting to rent a house. We rented a damp mouldy home with numerous repairs and faults when we reported them to reside they told us they only let the property out and we have to deal with the landlady from then on, none of this told to us before signing for it. When asked were my bond was and if it was in a deposit protection scheme I was constantly lied to and ignored by Sarah on the phone not very professional at all and damm out right liars, stay clear.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Absolute terrible experience from a joker who calls himself a managing director. The professionalism from when we 1st contacted them was terrible. Was looking for a property for my aunt to buy for her sister, and my wife was spoken too so rudely on the 1st occasion by the office staff as it was not us buying and did we have the funds. Once all explained we eventually set up an appointment to view a property, which we then made a bid for which was accepted. 2 weeks before all was to go through and with a lot of money spent, the joker sent an email to my aunt to say the sellers were pulling out. As i lived round the corner i went round to find out what was happening to find out they didnt want to pull out, but the joker had been telling lies to both sides Anyway he has got his way as the sale is now off, but i would be extremely careful working with this company, especially if you are black as in his own words "he does not like working with our kind" Well done joker you have now left my auntie homless with a 2yr old kid, hope your happy, and my other aunt £3k out of pocket, congratulations!!!NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Terrible service from start to finish. Continued to market the property weeks after we agreed the sale and kept changing the goal post to mark it as sstc. Considering we was purchasing a property of high value, I would have expected better service as their commission would have been a decent one from the sellers. We won’t be using their services again as future buyers or sellers.

Where to start. I would highly recommend Reside and have used them to Buy, Sell and rent. If you have the pleasure of dealing with Vicky you are in capable hands. Through thick and thin Vicky worked hard and dealt with the sale of my property with integrity and dedication and she's a credit to the industry. Vicky never gave up on us and helped me find a solution to an issue that was out of her control. Sarah in lettings is also great and rented my property out in 2 days. she guided me through everything as it's something i haven't had any experience with before and made the whole process easy for me. I'd like to add how much me and my family appreciate everything the team did for me over the last 6 months. we had our hearts set on something and you didn't give up on us!!!!!! Overall a good estate agency..Rebecca a great agent..would have been 5 stars but for non customer loyalty. I used them for my sale but they didn't recommend me for a purchase. That's the sad thing. The house I wanted is still available even though I've sold mine so theoretically the advice was wrong. Not to worry more houses on the market but ended up going for second best and not my first choice
