GoogleAfter my experience with this company, I will never use them again. I also have explained my story to anyone I know , how badly and unfairly we were treated. . You make a contract,either written or verbally and you stick to it. Reside did not. I wouldn't have given it any stars but it won't let you do that

GoogleIf anyone is looking for an estate agent then Reside are perfect, all the way through on both buying our new and selling Amy and all them team did amazing job, the pictures of our home looked fantastic, the lady that did the viewings was patient, all the staff were kind and helpful and they all went above and beyond!

In such unusual circumstances due to the pandemic my house purchase ended up taking longer than expected with all the restrictions and advice constantly changing. I was always kept informed. GoogleHaving dealt with this estate agents multiple times, we would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They have been extremely rude over the phone and we have been treated with no respect. Do not put your house up with this so called 'estate agents', as they over price all property and do nothing to speed up the process of selling your home.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. We are disappointed you feel like this and that you feel name calling is necessary. As you were made aware at the time, our client had three offers on the property and asked that we ask each potential buyer, in turn, for a small deposit. This was to avoid any gazumping and further price negotiations. It is a common industry practice for vendors, it makes sure the buyer is serious and it fixes the price for both parties. This was in your favour as much as the vendor, if you were in a position to move. You did agree to this initially but then changed your mind. An estate agent always acts in the best interest of the client, in this case both our client and new buyer are thrilled with the result. We note that you won't be conducting any business with us on future purchases and we wish you, and any estate agents you choose to deal with, the best of luck in the future.
