GoogleMy sale was dealt with efficiently and I was able to speak with someone as and when required, my buyers solicitor was dreadful, but my reside contact Jo, kept me sane, cannot thank them enough for all their support, would recommend them to all who wish to sell their property.

GoogleA great Team of people who are knowledgeable and professional . Sold my property in the 1st week, the viewings were booked by Rebecca and the Team and went very smoothly. The photographs and marketing were excellent. They kept me informed at every step of the process I would definitely use them again.

GoogleGreat estate agent. I rented a property through Reside and found them to be always there when I needed them. I have now just bought my first property with them. I used their fantastic mortgage advisor, viewed properties with Victoria and the rest of team guided me through the process.

Thanks for leaving your review; we welcome all reviews as we like to fix any issues if we can - it’s how we grow as a business. If we may, we will address your points in order. 1. At no point during the purchase did we insult you in anyway and we would expect you to extend the same courtesy to our staff - we are just people like yourself and being offensive is completely unnecessary. 2. At no point were you lied to. In fact our helpful, professional and honest staff guided you through the whole purchase quickly and efficiently. The one small hiccup - the alarm code - was dealt with quickly. There is always the possibility of some missing information when a family member is selling the house of a deceased relative. 3. We couldn't have cheated or stolen from you. You were buying a house from one of our vendors and at no time during the purchase do we deal with you in any financial capacity. Both are serious allegations with possible legal ramifications. We take this very seriously and would ask to see copies of the evidence you feel you have so we know how best to progress the matter. 4. At no time during the purchase did you raise any of these issues, either face to face or via email. We would certainly expect you would when accusing us of criminal acts. From our point of view you were able to buy the house you wanted, you paid the price you offered and agreed and moved in at a convenient time. Most people buying a house from an estate agency would describe that as normal service.

GoogleAsking questions about the property I viewed with no knowledge, couldn't answer my questions. In fact I fail to mention the lack of greeting and pleasantries. You're trying to sell a house, not to hard to say hello,answer questions and smile.
