GoogleI recently sold my property with Reside. The whole process was so quick and easy. An agent, Ben, came to the property, valued it and took photographs the same day. Within 24 hours the property was on the market. The estate agents organised the viewings and showed potential buyers round which meant that I didn’t have to worry or take any time out of my working schedule. An offer was accepted within 4 days of the property going on the market. Once the offer had been accepted my agent, Rebecca Chadwick was fantastic, providing me with regular updates and keeping in contact with my solicitor to ensure that sale completed as quickly as possible. Overall, an easy and stress free experience that I would recommend to anybody.

They were both extremely polite, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. Although the sale took some time, they consistently kept me updated and always responded to my emails promptly. If they didn’t have an immediate answer, they made sure to find out and get back to me quickly. Their communication and dedication made the whole experience much smoother. GoogleWe recently viewed a property for sale in Norden Rochdale. Reside were so unhelpful. We viewed the property twice. Agreed the asking price with the owners and proceeded with the purchase. Arranged and paid for a surveyor and the required searches to be done. Despite our commitment Reside refused to list the property as "Sale pending or Sold subject to contract" . The purchase seemed to be dragging on and on. In the meantime we arraged for some estimates to be done for some work we wanted to do on completion. However. We then had a phone call from Reside informing us that a higher offer had been received on the property. Reside refused to say what the offer was quoting 'legal reasons' It would seem that Reside rarely list their advertised properties. So disappointed with the way Reside treated us not to mention the amount of money we lost. Buyers be aware!

GoogleThank you to Ben and the team for getting my house sale through. The property sold within three days of going to market and completed within three weeks. Ben was helpful in terms of advice when putting the property on the market as to what needed to be done and also assisted when meter readings were required as I am out of the area. Emails and phone calls were all responded to promptly by the team and matters chased when requested. All in all a fantastic selling experience and would highly recommend Reside to others.

GoogleThe staff member named Sarah was really rude to me while I told her I wasn’t interested in buying the property we agreed for personal issues that she didn’t even let me explain. Not that I was obligated to,but I just wanted to express my reasons. Her behaviour was so unprofessional. I was shocked by her reaction.

GoogleI have been so impressed from start to finish with Reside Estate Agents, from meeting Jason who came and did the valuation, his knowledge and expertise on knowing the market inside and out and was on the ball getting it on the market and sold. Rebecca who dealt with the sale, who has been just brilliant from start to finish, working hard behind the scenes chasing everything up for a smooth sale and also keeping me updated throughout the whole process, nothing was ever too much trouble, and also Jo who due to my circumstances offered her help which was above and beyond what would be expected. GoogleMe and my partner decided it was time to look for a bigger home due to our expanding family. Reside estate agency was recommended to us by a friend of the family and we can honestly say we were not disappointed with the service from start to finish. We were given a fair valuation of our home and the property went online in a timely manner. We had people coming to view our home within the first week of our home being on the market and soon after got an offer which we accepted. The communication from Rebecca throughout the sale of our property was brilliant. She kept us updated regularly and nothing was too much trouble for her. Any hurdles we came across she helped to deal with and made the whole process so much easier than we thought it would be. They kept us updated and were very professional especially Vicky, who tried to phone around my work hours- she was lovely. They were extremely helpful when communicating with the solicitors of both parties and constantly kept me in the loop with events of the sale. Vicky was fantastic; she went beyond expectations, such as organising the final meter readings and checking all was in order with the house, as we were away and I highly recommend her.
