GoogleThey say buying a house is one of the most stressful times well our house sale was truly just a true representative of this! We didn't exchange right up until mid day of our completion day. My solicitors and buyers solicitor were dreadful, but thankfully Rebecca was supportive and kept us in the loop throughout all of this.

GoogleWe recently sold our property with Reside, they kept us informed every time someone booked to view the property, I was surprised when the booked potential buyers in to view during late evenings and weekends. Once we accepted an offer Rebecca was extremely helpful, she regularly contacted the buyers and both solicitors to move things along, she regularly contacted me by phone and email to keep me updated.

Emails where answered straight away to. Pictures and write up on the actual house i was selling where fantastic. I would recommend Jason, Fay and team to everyone.. to the point my mum is now selling her house through them...

GoogleContacted them multiple times to enquire about a rental property I was extremely interested in. Each time no one could speak to me and I was told they would call me back. Not a single person got back in contact with me and now the property is unavailable. I didn’t even get a chance to view it because I was shoved to the side and ignored. DO NOT use this estate agents

GoogleI wouldn’t usually complain but I’m really disappointed with the customer service we have recieved. We tried to talk to them directly but never recieved a call back regarding our issues. Firstly, the person that came to value our property was unprofessional, scruffy and hadn’t done research on the area. Their valuation was 30k different to the four other valuations we had with other estate agents so they clearly didn’t look at what other houses were available in the area and the upgrades our property had. We also had to continuously chase them for information.

GoogleWhat a dreadful experience from start to end whilst Reside were given the family home to sell. We've now removed the property from their so called management as it's clear they simply don't have a clue when it comes to accurate property values (Starting £65,000 more than the actual market reality) From the dizzy heights of a £325,000 starting point with all of the excitement that could bring to a few months later agreeing that this was way too much & price drops to £300,000 then £290,000 then £275,000 all getting nowhere near any offers received. Finally getting offers around £250,000 meant we pulled the property from mismanaged attempted sale & we go elsewhere. In addition to this each offer was made without any mortgage offer, no proof of funds which meant that we were frequently asked to accept an offer from buyers that had Zero ability to proceed with the purchase. (we didn't accept any of these half baked offers & had to 'try' to educate the self proclaimed experienced staff on to do the very basic process of selling a house. The more we talked the more shambles their efforts became. I have no recollection of any fact finding of potential buyers, no understanding of where buyers were in the buying cycle, under qualified & woefully unable to give in depth updates during the months of wasted time. The staff appear to be nice enough but I get the feeling they should be selling perfume in boots rather than managing families high ticket homes & investments. The Mortgage market is heavily regulated, I really hope the estate agents sector becomes equally regulated with at least a degree of training & competence a prerequisite. I can now see why the sector is so badly viewed behind used car salesmen & politicians & newspaper journalists.. A shocking bad experience.

GoogleI would have no hesitation in recommending Reside. I sold my house in two weeks, and the fees were very competitive. Photos and online descriptions were very professional. What really made the difference though was the friendliness that I received from all members of staff, especially Victoria who did the viewings.
