Rang with enquiry to purchase a house: never called me back. Rang a second time: never called me back. Rang to book a viewing. Set a date/time.... guess what....Never turned up for viewing ( even though I rang to CONFIRM it ). Dreadfull service. Left a hand written note through the door of the house we were wanting to buy telling the seller to pick another agent; as keystones were totally clueless. Seller rang me up !!!! Furious at keystones. He'd been desperate to sell for ages. I say no more ... " Don't bother ".

Do not bother with this company, after multiple attempts to contact them for a viewing they were completely uninterested in doing their jobs, both myself and a family member have tried just to be fobbed off. A 1 star rating is generous, only because it can't be lower.

Had issues with my boiler since i moved in, was told ALL the utilities in the house worked before i moved in. I've now had to go without heating and hot water 4 times, i have only lived here 4 months, (I've gone weeks without hot water or heating sometimes due to keystones ignorance.) and every time, i call up keystones, they tell me someone will contact me that same day and come out to fix it, yet i hear nothing back unless i pester them or physically go down there in person and kick up a fuss. I feel like this agency has seriously taken advantage of the fact that me and my partner are young first time renters, they have made me feel insignificant and slightly betrayed, as the manager made himself out to be a nice supporting individual. Now taking a step back, i can really see they're just greedy for the money. Also when we moved in we payed the bond and deposit etc (395 + 395 + 190 ) shortly after we were told that the council had payed them for the first month rent, yet they had already received that from us up front, so in total they had 395 + 395 + 395 +190 for a half broken 2 bedroomed house, we have never gotten the extra 395 back from them. Honestly, my first time renting has been stressful and upsetting due to this agency. WILL NOT be using them again, and WILL definitely be letting everyone know of my experiences with them. I seriously cannot wait to be able to afford to move again.

Organised a viewing...no agent came to show us around just the tenant who looked confused to then be shown what can only be described as a squat! Filthy scruffy and a Waste of our time and efforts. How they can allow someone to go and view that mess is beyond me. Don't bother guys I had to chase them up prior to this 3 phonecalls and a text to find out what number the property was to be told they were sending me all the details that day....I have viewed the 'house' and still haven't received said details! Disgraceful

called them last week to view a flat for rent, the person said someone would call me back, I asked when, they said today or tomorrow. I received no call back. The person was very disinterested and seemed to clearly be lying just to get me off the phone, I doubt they even took my details down. Also it's funny that all the "people" that have left positive reviews only have 1 google review

UPDATE - i've never been contacted again to rearrange a viewing. I should've took heed of the reviews on here before i wasted my time. Booked a viewing and noone turned up. I rang the office and was told someone had rang and text me advising they were going to have to cancel. They did this at 5pm the day before the viewing, weirdly. I hadn't received anything. I could have viewed another house. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Moving abroad I was quite worried about who to choose to manage my property, I then called Keystone to get a rental valuation had Seyed pop around who was very honest and truthful I then went ahead with Keystone and met the Managing Director Adil who looked after me very well.
