Great service from staff of Keystone Estates Letting Agents, Rochdale. Fair priced rent for a semi-detached, compared to others in the area. Highly recommend. Have in-house maintenance team- respond quick. We are experiencing it for ourselves. Quick decision if qualified. Was waiting over 2 weeks on another Letting Agent carrying out checks. Although higher rate than Local Council, Houses are good quality. Keystone passes Deposit to the Governing Body (Deposit Protection Service), so no chance of Keystone keeping it, so Tenant is safe.

📉 Unexplained Price Discrepancy ​I submitted multiple increasing offers on a property with Keystone Estates, only to be informed that a higher offer had been accepted. However, publicly available Land Registry records now show the property eventually sold for approximately £2,000 less than my final offer. This significant discrepancy raises serious questions for me regarding whether my bids were accurately and fairly communicated to the vendor. ​🔍 Potential Conflict of Interest ​Information I have since uncovered suggests the successful purchaser may be a party connected to Keystone agency’s directorship. ​⚠️ Final Verdict ​While some staff members were polite, the overall process lacked the transparency and professional integrity I expected. Between the slow response times and overall bidding process, the experience left me feeling misled. If you value a fair and open bidding environment, I would suggest proceeding with extreme caution if you decide to engage with Keystone.

I approached Keystone Estates to sell my late mothers property. I was in contact with a gentleman called Hannan who was very friendly, supportive and knowledgable throughout the most amicable situations. I had 3 viewings the very next day of instructing and had recieved an offer above the asking price. Throughout the sale Hannan was very efficient and professional even through situations when the buyer wanted to withdraw. I can't recommend Hannan and Keystone enough with all the effort given from the team.

Sold my property through Keystone. Arranged a market appraisal with Hannan who was very friendly, I also had other local agents out too however I was really happy with what Keystone had to offer, they sold a few other properties on my development and had buyers waiting, I had my property sold by the evening before it was listed. Throughout the sale progression Hannan was very efficient feeding back with updates and at times pushing the other side. I would 100% use these again!

Me and my partner were looking at selling and relocating, We invited Hannan around for a valuation on our property on Monday which we was really impressed to see what service he had to offer. Actively discriminate against people on benifits, refused to allow me to view a property because they dont accept people on benifits, wouldnt give me the regestered number to report them, manager was very argumentative and i did end up swearing at him in frustration! That was after he said no more viewings because a few of the viewings they already gave MIGHT bring an application form back! If you find a house you like and these guys are the only "middle people", then God help you. I was told many times before hand that keystones are no good, even my solicitor said they are no good. They really do have the gift of the gab. Every time they says I will call you back, they never do. If anything, they are good liars. I was told on the weekend that I would receive a call on Monday, today is Thursday and I'm still waiting. This is not the first time. Avoid them if you can.
