Googleworse customer service and what a joke they are if u call to find-out about any property on rent they will put u on hold for half hour after Waiting half hour, i booked a viewing of a property next day i have been waiting never came, called to ask anybody is coming ,told me our agent is on it's way waiting half hour said they don't have keys of property you can come tomorrow no apologizes no sorry avoid them
Hi Niqash, Thank you for leaving a review. I am extremely disappointed to see you are not happy with our service. Firstly I'd like to say we do not leave people on hold for 'half hour'. The viewings rep is always on time for their appointments and neither are they rude or careless, in regards to keys we wouldn't arrange a viewing and come out with no keys so i am not too sure were you have got that from. I have just had a look on our server and I am unable to find a file under your name. I therefore disagree with this 1* review as I believe you may have reviewed the wrong estate agency or this is a spam review. GoogleI wanted to put my house on rent as I was moving overseas so asked around for an agency. I was approached by a young man from Keystone named Hanaan and we arranged a meeting. He took pictures, arranged viewings, provided feedback and had the house rented out within 2 weeks. His communication, professionalism and work ethic is first class and I am so glad I went with Keystone. Hanaan has made it easier for us to move away without any worries and has taken care of everything for us. I couldn't recommend this company enough. They are on the ball and get things done!

GoogleMost unprofessional Estate agents ive come across don't even have manners how to speak to people. I wanted to view a property on buersil avenue ongoing problem over a month now.. well rang several times got told tenants in it will get back to me still waiting my partner rang he was told its sold Still up on the market. My friend rang yesterday was told again tenants in it will get in touch. im sooo annoyed

At this stage, the seller has given us strict instructions not to carry out further viewings. GoogleStaff really don't care don't even try when someones begging down the phone saying they homeless and have a guarantor and deposit ready nothing matters no more where's humanity gone specially when a child is involved process takes too long ridiculous should allow to give the landlords number across just so tenants can speak and put their word across as I believe agents don't try their best at all.

Googlehas to be the worst estate agents in ROCHDALE! everytime I rang about a property I always got the same response "we'll call you back". no one ever rang back, when I would ring again they would say " property's been sold". no apology, no explanation. customer service is a joke, rude and abnoxious. feel sorry for those who have enlisted keystone's to sell their property, good luck to them!

Regarding all calls we always call back everyone and we always book everyone in for a viewing, If the property has had a viewing and if there's been a offer made and accepted we aren't allow to do anymore viewings on the property. GoogleRenting with Keystone for the past few years, always polite, helpful and go the extra mile to keep there clients happy. Wanted to downsize to a Bungalow and Keystone and the team were great at helping me secure the property, was really quick with any repairs that needed getting done and always on top of everything. GoogleI have known Keystone properties for more than 8 years, through friends and a relative who had rented from the company, of which some are still with them with good references and feedback. Secondly, while searching for a house to rent in 2014, I met Adil, the director of Keystone, when I recently moved to Manchester from London. He was such a humble, cautious and understanding gentleman, he got me a 3 bedroom house to rent within 2 days in Rochdale, but I later decided to rent and live in Crumpsall Manchester, as it was only 5 minutes drive to Manchester City centre. He refunded the full amount of my deposit instantaneously, without issue or any deduction. Thirdly, 8 years after, I decided to buy a house in Rochdale, based on previous experience with Keystone, I decided to search on Keystone's website, and fortunately, I found a suitable home for my family, not renting this time... lol but buying. I met Hamza who was quite professional, the first house he showed me was perfect, I made an offer and it was accepted within 48 hours. Hamza recommended a Solicitor who handled the conveyance within a couple of months, I am now a proud owner of a house in Castleton. Thanks so much, guys, keep up the excellent work. Based on prior experiences I have had with Keystone Properties, I can't help but highly recommend you guys to anyone looking to rent or buy a property. GoogleI'm not one to post reviews but on this occasion I felt I had to. Please be warned if you are purchasing a house through this estate agent please get a house survey done prior purchase. We put an offer on a house slightly under the asking price as there was evidently a leak on the house which rotted the bedroom floorboards, which had gone through. Also to mention this house was manged by Keystone as it was tenanted, so they knew the condition of the house really well. Because we really wanted the house we visited the Rochdale branch where we were told by the branch manager Syed that they could possibly sort a deal for us as long as we give them our current property for rent. In discussion he told us that somebody had offered 1k more than what we offered. The next day Adil Ansari calls and very cunningly gets us to put an offer of the asking price in return for our house again. So we did, only because the house was in the best part of Rochdale and we really liked it. However after getting a homebuyers survey done on the house it came back 35k undervalued as there were major works that needed doing to the house. When we went back to the branch to negotiate the price, syed who was evidently in the office sent his receptionist back to tell us he wasn't in . Adil Ansari who so called sealed the deal never bothered getting back to us either. The house has now gone back on the market for the same price. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do your homebuyers survey when purchasing from these guys, they overprice their houses and pressure you in offering the asking price. I heard from friends that they were cowboys, unprofessional and ripp off merchants from their own experiences of renting through them, but now I know. Thank god the sale fell through and we never gave our current property to these people.NegativeProfessionalism

Google0 Stars for this company if I could!!! Terrible service especially over the phone every time you call them they just pick-up and then hung up the phone without saying anything. Spoken to this HAMAZA guy multiple times about issues with our house and all he says is “Let me chase them up on that” and then never calls back again no updates no emails it’s like this guy sits around does nothing all day. Worst thing is you can’t even contact the landlord to resolve the problem properly because they won’t give it to you cause they know they’ll get sacked for it so they make up some bull excuse as to why they can’t simple hand over their number for better service. Honestly terrible management and service.

GoogleDisgusting inhumane service!!!! Always payed rent 2 months ahead been very respecful hardworking tenants. The property was rife with damp the landlords covered all the damp with fresh paint so when we moved in we couldn't tell. The damp ruined all our belongings and having to throw everything we owned away due to the damage. (Furniture, clothes ect) I complained of a damp smell the day we got the keys and the landlord said it was just the old carpets i ended up so poorly with asthma attacks and pneumonia After constantly asking for it to be repaired. Gave us 30 days notice to get out the property making me and my partner homeless. These cowboys have ruined our lives when all weve been is honest, hard working and clean tenants. Now seekinging legal advice and im shocked the way the have been treated. Going forward at least we know our rights. We want full compensation for the stress, sickness being made homeless and loosing all our belongings we have worked so hard for. I would avoid like the plague!!!!

GoogleThey put a property on onthemarket yesterday for 600 pcm. I called them to book a viewing and they said someone would get in touch to arrange a time. No one contacted me. Today I checked if the property was still available and saw the price was increased to 650 pcm. I called again to arrange a viewing and again they said someone will get in touch to arrange a viewing. A few hours later, I check and saw the property has already been let. They didn't contact me to arrange a viewing, increased the price in a day and took it off the market. Something suspicious is definitely going on and they will be reported to the property ombudsman.

Googleabsolutely shocking company, been after moving for well over a year, enquired about multiple properties they’ve had up for rent, never once heard anything back, sent them dozens of emails and they can’t be arsed to reply. It’s even worse phoning up if you can actually manage to get through, try to make an enquiry about a property see if the landlord allows pets etc and all you get is ‘ i duno ‘ fully the most incompetent company i have ever come across and it’s a modern day miracle they’re still up and running.
