I had an excellent experience using Keenan's. I found them to be extremely responsive and helpful at all stages. My sale had a few ups and downs (not the fault of the agent), but Robert was brilliant and found us the right buyer.After the sale was agreed Ella dealt with our matter and was always helpful and called me back when requested. She provided all the information I needed that the solicitors weren't giving me!All in all they are highly recommend from me.

Looked after by Keenans Rawtenstall Office and could not be happier. We got a other quotes for a property we are selling but Keenans gave us, what we considered to be the most realistic and Sam who came to do the valuation was really friendly and knowledgeable.The standard of communication from Aaron and James has been excellent around arranging viewings etc. We had a number of offers within less than a week of the house going on the market which were then well managed by Miannah who secured a sale above our asking price and kept us infomed as she negotiated with the potential buyers.I would recommend Keenans as they made the whole process user friendly and stress free.

Emily Bradley has been absolutely superb in every aspect of the sales progression of our property! When said she would get back to you she did. When we didn't understand something the buyers solicitors asked for, she kindly and patiently explained, reassured and advised us on how best to move forward. She has always kept us regularly updated. Her pleasant and cheerful demeanor combined with her knowledge of the business, expertise in communication with ourselves, the buyers and the solicitors ensured that the sale went through as quickly and efficiently as possible! GoogleAs first-time buyers, we were hoping for a smooth experience. James, who showed us around, was lovely and really helpful. Unfortunately, communication after that was slow, it took nearly three weeks to confirm a second viewing, and the offer letter had the wrong price. We were initially told the vendor might consider temporary accommodation, which later changed without clear communication. When we chose to withdraw, we were met with a surprisingly harsh response. A bit more understanding would have gone a long way.

Keenans Rochdale couldn’t have been better! Everything from the day we asked for our valuation to the day of completion was really smooth and Ella and all of the team kept us up to date throughout. Special shout out to James who was fantastic and restored our faith that good estate agents do exist! The valuation and viewings were so easy to arrange and he was brilliant at explaining everything. Would definitely recommend!

Keenans sold our house within 5 days and were very professional throughout the whole process from valuation to viewings I cannot recommend them enough. Emily Bradley our negotiator that managed the process following offer to sale was amazing, keeping me regularly updated and liaising with the buyer and solicitors to push the sale through in the timescale we needed as we had to complete on another purchase on a certain date or we would have lost our ongoing purchase. We would not be where we are today if Emily was not involved in this process so thank you for your professionalism and persistence to make this happen.

Excellent service from Keenans Barnoldswick. Terri and Richard were flawless throughout the sale. We asked Keenans to act for us on Monday and the valuation was carried out the following day. Photography was quick and very good quality. Terri is very professional and pleasant, she kept us informed by text and email at every stage and for every viewing in advance even though we were not conducting the viewings ourselves. We accepted an offer on the first day of viewings so it cannot get better than this. Thank you Terri, you are an asset to Keenans.

Keenans Rochdale This was my first time buying a property so as you can imagine it’s always a confusing time, however I was appointed Lauren from Keenans in Rochdale and I can honestly say she has been AMAZING…from the very start she has always been one step ahead of any worries I may have. She kept in touch every step of the way giving me regular updates and she always made it clear that if I had any queries she was just on the other side of the phone. 5 stars from me. Warning for both buyers and sellers - due to how sloppy and blatant liars these folks are, you are due to lose money along the way. We’ve placed an offer for a flat advertised as coming with a storage unit and parking, only to find out after the solicitors started their work that neither are actually included in the lease. We’ve informed them and there was no reply - no apologies, no attempts to renegociate, nothing. We actually had a red flag early on when two of the estate agents confirmed heating in the flat exists and is working, and only after we made it a condition to the offer to admit that they actually do not know if it works at all. Be careful, absolute time wasters

3/4 months ago since the sale has gone through. Dealt mainly with jack at the Clitheroe branch. Probably spoke to all the team through out the duration of the sale. I cannot fault them in anyway!! Pictures/description/wording/looked outstanding!! Kept me up to date through out the sale.. There was a few complications from the buyer at the latter end but the sales progression team picked up on this and followed it through.. Clitheroe Keenans - actually took over the sale from another local estate agent as I was tired of being messed around. It was blessing. My only regret was not using Clitheroe Keenan’s first time round!! I would recommend and will use again.. Thanks Everybody involved.

We recently bought our house through Keenans in Clitheroe. David and the team were incredibly responsive and moved us swiftly and professionally through the process (this being our first house it was all new to us but they made it really easy). We saw the propety on The Keenans website which had great images of every room and details of the property which meant we could think about any questions we may have had for the owner. The viewing was arranged quickly and when we were ready to offer, David liaised with us on a regular basis to keep us up-to-date on how everything was progressing. From there, the sales team guided us through purchase and considering the COVID restrictions at the time, we were moved in within weeks. I would highly recommend the Keenans team in Clitheroe and they make a great cup of tea too.

Keenans provided a good service for our house purchase and our contact at Head Office, Emily Bradley, consistently went above and beyond in order to see the process through to completion. Emily consistently chased both sets of solicitors, sometimes doing their job for them, and the Land Registry in order to speed things along. Without doubt Emily was the most helpful person in the process for us; she was great. 5 stars for her personally!I would only raise two constructive criticisms about the process in general. Firstly, we were incorrectly told that the property we were interested in was freehold rather than leasehold initially, and it took several weeks for this to be corrected, by which time our offer had already been accepted. This was a significant error and whilst Keenans did apologise for it, it should never have happened with such a key piece of information about the house. Secondly, I would have really appreciated a direct dial number to Emily at times during the process. Moving house is a stressful process and it seemed unnecessary to have to go through the switchboard every time we needed to discuss an issue, as often only one individual was fully appraised of the matter. In future I think this information should be distributed once an offer has been accepted and the process is moving forward.Overall, I would recommend using Keenans, they provided a good service during our purchase and Emily was extremely helpful throughout.

House went online for sale on Saturday and sold on Tuesday! Advice and support from Adam about how to prepare for our sale meant we were able to spend a few weeks getting some jobs completed which would add value to the agreed sale price and then BOOM! - the house sold so fast and for a significantly higher price than it went up for. Thanks to Johnathon for his hard work getting us online quickly and negotiating a very efficient sale, thanks to Jess for the great photos and also thanks to Kieran for keeping us updated whilst the sale went through successfully last week. A very efficient and professional service that made the stressful process of selling a lot smoother than my previous experiences! A great experience all round. Thanks again.

I would not recommend our first agents in Barnoldswick, our house was up for sale with them for 18 months and we never got 1 viewing.We went with Keenans and in the first 2 weeks we had 3 viewings.We got a buyer but unfortunately it fell through (no fault of Keenans) due to our buyers wife being seriously ill.Our house went back on the market and within a very short time was sold again, this time it was successful.After selling we were put in the very capable hands of Liam.Liam was excellent and was always on hand to answer our questions, it seemed nothing was too much trouble for him.He phoned us weekly with updates even when there was no change to the current status.He is with no doubt an asset to Keenans.
