Begrudgingly 1 Star.Worst Estate Agents. I am desperate to relocate to Wales but this Agent and I am finding this with all the branches are not helpful at all. I drove 3 hours to see a property that already had offers on it.Never keep me informed like they promised (Hayley).... avoiding my phone calls I will never view through this agent!Not professional at all!

If you are looking to sell your house in South Wales, DO NOT use Peter Alan. Their communication skills are nothing short of shocking, their professionalism is questionable and the experience I have had has been in all honesty quite stressful! Having used Peter Alan because I had been let down by another agent in the past, I’m now left wondering if any of the estate agents in Merthyr Tydfil can do their job.

i wouldnt recommend one bit to buy from these robbing estate agents you agree the full asking price for a property then they take 15 others to view after you to increase the offers way over the asking price seems like its common practice amongst estate agents in merthyr tydfil best buy from a reputable company you can trust few others in merthyr tydfil the same be aware they are scammers

We can summarise the experience as ‘like trying to get blood out of a stone.’The good: getting the house on the market and finding a buyer.The bad: N/AThe ugly: once a buyer was found, and despite making allowances for COVID, communication was absolutely hopeless and based on this would not recommend.

Unprofessional and not very close to customers. I rented an apartment through this real estate agency, unfortunately there are big problems in the apartment, I sent emails to notify them and request their assistance for urgent repairs to be done, but they waited months before answering and in any case no one came to repair nothing. I also made an appointment to buy, but I didn't get any response.

Terrible customer service and deceitful company. They will charge you over £400 for sweeping, dusting and removal of coat hangers, A job which would cost them £20 at the most, claiming it is a quote from an "independent contractor". Since they are no longer alowed to charge letting fees they are going to try and fleece you any way that they can. They are parasites.Be very careful when dealing with this company.
