Sold our house through the Caerphilly branch found it an experience I would not like to repeat just fed exscuse after excuse rather they were honest and said there was a problem with a party in the chain .After sales staff are rude and unhelpful would not recommend

GooglePoor service arrange viewing of property and didn't even show up. No call to let me know not to bother attending property. Later on in day learned the property was no longer on the market. Extremely disappointed as not even a courtesy call to make me aware. I will no longer being doing my business through Peter Alan on Albany Road.

Horrible experience!! Me and my flat mate been brilliant for whole 2 and half years!! Pay all bills on the time! Rent as well and on the end they doing massive problem with bond back as try to over charge me for cleaning and some attendance without informing us about!! AVOID!! Do not recommend!!!

GoogleWill never use Peter Alan again. Very little communication, and every time we contacted them we were made to feel we were a nuisance. Sarah Jenkins the lettings manager has a rude, unprofessional manner, and since meeting our tenants, we now know all the lies we were told and so were our tenants. Extremely unprofessional.

Terrible customer service. Requested photos on a house that is for sale, Over a week ago still not received them. Called the gorseinon branch several times, they don’t answer the phone and they never call you back.
