GoogleWill never use Peter Alan again. Very little communication, and every time we contacted them we were made to feel we were a nuisance. Sarah Jenkins the lettings manager has a rude, unprofessional manner, and since meeting our tenants, we now know all the lies we were told and so were our tenants. Extremely unprofessional.

Terrible customer service. Requested photos on a house that is for sale, Over a week ago still not received them. Called the gorseinon branch several times, they don’t answer the phone and they never call you back.

GoogleParticularly great service received from Rhys Chapman at Peter Alan lettings. Nothing has been too much trouble for him, and he has been very efficient at coordinating communication between ourselves and the tenants. Very professional and reliable, highly recommend!

Loved peter alan estate agents was fantastic service the team was amazing. Dealt with our property in a superb way even down to the photographer which was amazing . Matt who was looking after us was superb couldnt rate them high enough peter alan in gorseinon wpuld definitely go to them again

If i could give less than 1 star I would. Peter Alan allow sub letting. The flat my daughter is on the tenancy for has had the locks changed my daughter has not got a key however the person who is subletting and is not on the lease has a key. Go figure.

Very poor service at Dinas Powys Peter Alan. Ghost biddings used by estate agent. Still purchased the house and lied to about the Alarm system which they knew was not working. Unluckily we had to use them. Very rude manager.

We visited the office and booked a viewing with a member of staff for the following day. We were left waiting outside the property and no one showed up!!! We have heard nothing from the agent since.
