FacebookFrom first contact about wanting to sell our property, Donald Ross kept in contact with a wee call every month to 6 weeks to see how our situation was coming along, they were always very helpful, you know you could contact them for information. That is what draw me to using them.

What can I say ? Well it's been a very worthwhile experience I had with donald ross Residential, from my 1st contact with Tracey Oakley the valuer who gave an accurate appraisal and value of my property ,to the lady helen that does the clerical side and also others I spoke to on the phone etc , I was very impressed by how they kept me right up to date with all viewings and appraisals and after only 10 days my property was sold at a price I was very happy with , would thoroughly recommend this companies proffesionslism, courteous and friendly approach ,👍

As an expat living abroad for the last 30 years, I had no idea what to do, or expect. My son viewed the property on our behalf, and I called Maureen McInnes with an offer. Within 20 minutes we had agreed a price with the seller. We used her recommended solicitors and completed all the initial requirements within a very short space of time with the help of Deanne Riley. Very impressed with their service, professionalism and friendliness. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Donald Ross.

Melvin did a lot of chasing for us behind the scenes to help alleviate some of the usual stress that comes with moving home. Very professional.

Seamless Experience. The Donald Ross team were great from start to finish. Previously dealt with them to sell my flat and it was a no brainer to go back when selling my house. Whole team has been very helpful throughout and a pleasure to deal with. Stand out point for me has been Phil from Ginger Square Media. Kindly done the exterior and interior shots on 2 different days for me, and was happy to show me the photo's and how they would be created. Great experience, would recommend without a doubt.
