I bought a house through Davis Lund and found a lack of communication the most frustrating process. One phone line that was very rarely answered, no response to messages left or emails. This set me back being able to get trades people in to quote for jobs and found when broaching the matter after trying for 3 weeks and being given excuses why I couldn't get in, I got raised eyebrows and a look of disgust. Customer service needs improvement.

GoogleRun from this letting agency as far as you can. I have been letting shared accommodation for over decade but this letting agency is the worst and discriminatory with no interest in tenants. Their solution for sorting out problems is to get rid of tenants. They do not care at all.
