Professional, warm, friendly and a dry sense of humour . Nothing was too much trouble. I found Shane responsive, knowledgeable and proactive regarding answers to questions, with the ongoing process to obtain a property. Andy was very helpful throughout the whole process of letting us a house. We were relocating and he was supportive of our need for a virtual viewing and made it easy and quick to get the keys on the day. The online referencing system was also easy to use and kept us updated about how the process was going. Would definitely recommend.

As an ex estate agent, i was impressed with the thorough valuation process, through excellent local market knowledge, we had really good feedback on viewings and market conditions and ongoing pricing. When offers received we had good advice and actually felt the agent was working for us rather than just trying to tie up a sale , in their interest. After agreeing price, we had good communication despite the sale taking a long time to exchange due to a delayed responses from other agents/solicitors/buyers in the chain. We are very happy to recommend Davis and Lund...thank you inparticular to the ever patient Sam !

GoogleDisappointing experience… generally ok through tenancy… always polite and friendly but only an average response to rectifications of issues. End of tenancy charges unreasonable. So be cautious with your reports and records of what you’ve done to leave the property in the same condition as you’ll definitely need it!!! I thought if I queried anything then my whole deposit would be withheld but I think it’s actually just the disputed amount… so please make sure you dispute… don’t let them take what they don’t deserve!

GoogleWe had a viewing on Saturday with Davis and Lund , turned up 10 minutes early we waited at least 25 minutes the estate agent did not turn up . I rang them only to be fobbed off with some untruths saying they were in the property the blinds were open . No they were not , the blinds were shut and would they not have stepped outside like we got out of the car to see if there was anyone there . Poor practise and if I was the person selling the house I would be fuming as it could have resulted in a lost sale .
