View AgentsAmazing experience
Sam and the team have been amazing at handling the sale of my property. Nothing was ever too much trouble and very responsive to emails and calls. From the day Chris came to do the valuation with a great attitude, to Sam conducting viewings and Shane and Paul covering in her absence, the whole team has made this very stressful time a very pleasant one! I will definitely use this Estate agent for my future transactions. Thanks again!

As an ex estate agent, i was impressed with the thorough valuation process, through excellent local market knowledge, we had really good feedback on viewings and market conditions and ongoing pricing. When offers received we had good advice and actually felt the agent was working for us rather than just trying to tie up a sale , in their interest. After agreeing price, we had good communication despite the sale taking a long time to exchange due to a delayed responses from other agents/solicitors/buyers in the chain. We are very happy to recommend Davis and Lund...thank you inparticular to the ever patient Sam !

View AgentsGreat personal service
Having sold a property previously with David & Lund, they are our chosen agent to sell another two - this is due to Chris, Paul and the Teams great service. They provide a personal service, marketing and selling like a steam train and most importantly as a customer feeling your custom is valued
Thanks Jonny, appreciate your comments and look forward to helping you sell the next 2 soon

Paul, Sam and the team were professional, friendly and provided an outstanding service. The housing market at the moment is quite tricky, but this is when years of experience and good communication is more important than ever.
Thank you so much for the kind words, Rachel! We are delighted to hear that our experience and communication were of an outstanding standard. We understand the current housing market is challenging but we remain fully committed to providing the best service possible.

View AgentsExcellent, professional service!
It took 3 attempts to sell my house but Andy worked tirelessly to get the job done. I live a good distance from Thirsk so relied completely on his expertise, competency and willingness to go the extra mile! Couldn’t recommend Davis & Lund more.

View AgentsGreat service
Davis & Lund provided a great service on what was the very long process (no fault of Davis & Lund) of selling our late Father's property. We were kept up to date with proceedings all the way along and in the end got the price we wanted. Very happy with their service.
