We sold our house through Davis and Lund! The whole process went so smoothly. We have dealt with other estate agents in the local area and had issues. I can’t think of 1 single issue we’ve had with Davis and Lund. Every time we have rang the office the phone is answered instantly. Any questions get answered by a competent agent. Every time we propped in to the office we felt welcome and everyone in there goes above and beyond to help us. We primarily dealt with Sam who has been lovely from start to finish. She found us a buyer very quickly and assisted us with every piece of the puzzle in selling a property. Highly recommend this company to sell your property. Many thanks for everything!

Very strong and rapid communication, genuine (rather than perfunctory) engagement throughout the sale process, and always honest in their assessment of market realities and possibilities. We switched from another (inefficient) provider and my regret is that we didn’t go with David & Lund first time round. The staff are courteous, informed and seem to be authentically interested in doing a thorough job for clients. One can’t really ask for more. Perfect. I live 180 miles away from Ripon and found Paul and the Davis Lund team were not only willing to do everything for me but also to a high standard. They have also forged a seamless relationship with Knight Richardson Solicitors meaning nothing is missed and all is done at an impressive pace. Initial valuation and listing was done by Chris who was friendly, supportive and approachable and produced a great listing including a 3D online tour of impressive quality.
