We needed to find a rental urgently, and upon a suitable property becoming available we were fast-tracked to view later the very same day. In fact Andy the agent was willing to do so ‘after’ normal working hours, so both very grateful and impressed by this alone. The process moved along swiftly following our request to take-on the tenancy, and we were kept updated regularly and thoroughly each step. Alas we made it with a couple of days only to spare! Our sincere appreciation to all staff involved, but especially Andy whose enthusiasm and professionalism from beginning to end has been top drawer. Thank you

Sam and the team have been amazing at handling the sale of my property. Nothing was ever too much trouble and very responsive to emails and calls. From the day Chris came to do the valuation with a great attitude, to Sam conducting viewings and Shane and Paul covering in her absence, the whole team has made this very stressful time a very pleasant one! Andy was very helpful throughout the whole process of letting us a house. We were relocating and he was supportive of our need for a virtual viewing and made it easy and quick to get the keys on the day. The online referencing system was also easy to use and kept us updated about how the process was going. Would definitely recommend.

As an ex estate agent, i was impressed with the thorough valuation process, through excellent local market knowledge, we had really good feedback on viewings and market conditions and ongoing pricing. When offers received we had good advice and actually felt the agent was working for us rather than just trying to tie up a sale , in their interest. After agreeing price, we had good communication despite the sale taking a long time to exchange due to a delayed responses from other agents/solicitors/buyers in the chain. We are very happy to recommend Davis and Lund...thank you inparticular to the ever patient Sam !

I bought a house through Davis Lund and found a lack of communication the most frustrating process. One phone line that was very rarely answered, no response to messages left or emails. This set me back being able to get trades people in to quote for jobs and found when broaching the matter after trying for 3 weeks and being given excuses why I couldn't get in, I got raised eyebrows and a look of disgust. Customer service needs improvement.

Paul, Sam and the team were professional, friendly and provided an outstanding service. The housing market at the moment is quite tricky, but this is when years of experience and good communication is more important than ever.
