Outstanding

We needed to find a rental urgently, and upon a suitable property becoming available we were fast-tracked to view later the very same day. In fact Andy the agent was willing to do so ‘after’ normal working hours, so both very grateful and impressed by this alone. The process moved along swiftly following our request to take-on the tenancy, and we were kept updated regularly and thoroughly each step. Alas we made it with a couple of days only to spare! Our sincere appreciation to all staff involved, but especially Andy whose enthusiasm and professionalism from beginning to end has been top drawer. Thank you

Very helpful agent

Andy was very helpful throughout the whole process of letting us a house. We were relocating and he was supportive of our need for a virtual viewing and made it easy and quick to get the keys on the day. The online referencing system was also easy to use and kept us updated about how the process was going. Would definitely recommend.
