The Corporate Letting Company Richmond reviews

The Corporate Letting Co had my first flat let within 24 hours! Since that time about 4 years ago I have been on a mission to get all my property under their management. I now have 3 properties with them - I started off with them just letting them but have now moved to full management by them on all 3 properties and am just so glad I have done that. The huge benefit with this company is that you know at all times who to speak to and that their own internal communication is so great that they are always up to date and aware of what is happening. They have good links with all trades so you know that the oddest of requests will be met with efficiently and happily. The team has taken a huge burden off my shoulders and of course there are fees associated with a full managed service - but in my opinion they are fair and very well earned.

Really the "perfect" company to work with.. We were looking for a rental and met Alex, he organized every step of our process very very professionally. Although we were living overseas, he made 2 face time calls to show the property, he introduced us to another tenant living in the building to get an idea about the property, helped to shape our offer and lots more. When he was away, Tim had perfectly dealed with us. Great company - great staff - great works - absolutely deserves more than 5 stars.

I worked with The Corporate Letting Company for the letting of my house in Richmond and found them to be thoroughly professional. Their main concern is their clients and they are very transparent and upfront about their fees, with little interest in squeezing hidden fees out here and there like so many other agents do. They are also very comfortable with clients speaking to other agents and working alongside other parties in order to get the best result and letting for your property. When an agent has the confidence in their own service and ability to be able to do this, it makes me feel reassured that they are good at what they do.

The Corporate Letting Company is by far the best letting agency I have dealt with since I moved to London. They responded fast when we had the odd maintenance issue. We used their services when we decided to move to a bigger apartment. They charged no contract and letting fees for the change. One of the main reasons we actually decide to take the new place was because it was also let by The Corporate Letting Company and we knew it would be hassle free. I have dealt mostly with Alex Decmar who has been very helpful, and responded promptly to all email and requests (even on Saturdays).

The Corporate Letting Company have been fantastic throughout the whole duration of our flat lease. They are very quick to respond and help out - we had quite a few appliance issues when we first moved in and they fixed everything as quickly as possible. They have even come over to the flat twice to lock up after I have left my keys at work! Brilliant service and unbeatable customer satisfaction - thank you very much guys!

I just purchased a property through Alex, a couple of things went wrong which in my experience is to be expected. However, what was not expected was an email at 9.30pm and a call at 8.30 today with Alex going into overdrive to get everything sorted. The most impressed that I have been for a long time and very grateful. Keep up the great work Alex.PositiveProfessionalism

We have rented our house in Richmond through the Corporate Letting Company since 2004. Effective and polite they have always recommended excellent tenants. They provide a personal service and we have always appreciated their correct assessment of market conditions. They are generous with their time and services beyond their required obligations. They are true professionals and we would highly recommend Mr. Cooper and his colleagues for the excellent service they provide. Jennifer and Konstantinos Bitsios

We have been highly impressed and satisfied by our experiences as tenants with The Corporate Letting Company. We have on every occasion found Alex Decmar of the company, to be highly professional, thorough and extremely courteous. In fact, in the event we would have our own property to let, we would be reassured by the dedication and many years of professional experience that they have to expertly manage our property for us.

As a relocation company I have been using the Corporate Letting company for many of my searches in the last 10 years. They are always friendly, competent and deliver what they promise. Their tenancy agreements, their fees and the handling of the deposit have always been more than fair. A first rate estate agent that I have recommended to many local tenants as well as landlords. Not only did the company act with integrity and efficiency throughout, they were also very helpful in enabling us to meet our rather exacting requirements and always courteous. They understood our position and empathised with us during the always difficult period of moving house.

We have been clients receiving a very high standard of service from The Corporate Letting Company for the past three years. Having used another local agent prior to that, we can say with absolute confidence that The Corporate Letting Company is head and shoulders above in terms of both the level of service they provide and their commercial, proactive manner. They are a pleasure to deal with.
