Best agency experience I've had over my 15 years in London! I cannot recommend CLC enough! They were super helpful in our Richmond property search and really stood out from other agencies with their professionalism. We have been exclusively using the corporate letting company as landlords in Richmond for over 15 years. They have always delivered high calibre tenants. Tim Cooper and his team are very experienced and know the local market extremely well. They operate to the highest level of integrity, are decent, honest, efficient and helpful. The advice they give is sensible and pragmatic. This week my tenants moved out on Monday and new tenants moved in on Friday. Alex Decmar went way beyond the call of duty to make sure that this happened in a seamless way for me, organising all of the necessary maintenance, and dealing with utilities so that I did not need to do anything. What could have been a nightmare in the week before Christmas has been remarkably stress free. A firm with old fashioned values delivered with modern efficiency, rare qualities in today’s market.

Back in 2016 when we first returned to Richmond we looked at lots of rental properties in the area and at the time I think we met all the local agents, it’s during this search we first dealt with Alex from Corp Let Co. Alex was noticeably very responsive, extremely professional, honest and genuinely had the best interests of his landlord as well as the potential tenants in mind at all times, striking that perfect balance. We remember thinking if we were looking to rent out a property we would definitely call on this company. Well a year later we were indeed in this position having purchased an investment property. So without hesitation, we reached out to Alex and as new landlords he not only let the property swiftly but also provided sound advise and support throughout the process. As before he was just as responsive and professional dealing with us as landlords as he had been when we were prospective tenants, always giving 110%. We have since got to meet and deal with the rest of the team and found they are all excellent. It was easily the smoothest experience with a Lettings Agent that we have ever had. We have a slightly more complicated agreement than usual and Alex was great at negotiating between us and the landlord throughout. We don’t currently have a pet, but are hoping to get one during our tenancy. Despite this often being a sticking point, Alex helped to negotiate this into the contract for us. Exceptional service from the most professional letting company in London! Yes, it is that simple, our small family moved from the U.S. to London over 18 months ago and are indeed fortunate to have met with Alex Decmar and his colleagues at the Corporate Letting Company in Richmond, London. After many searches for the right property in the right location for our family needs, we were guided by Alex in securing a lovely home adjacent the beautiful Richmond Park and so close to everything we required. A great school for our daughter within walking distance; a fifteen minute walk to Richmond's train station with choice overground and underground services and a wonderful village-like atmosphere between Friar's Stile and downtown Richmond. They secured us a lovely property in a beautiful location we called home until recently. Because our daughter secured a high school position at an amazing school too far to commute, alas we had to move. At the Corporate Letting Company we were assisted with everything from initial rent negotiation (they are really good (and fair) at this!) needed from a tenant's perspective; any and all maintenance management assistance carried out by Fiona (ALWAYS available to assist with even the most minor of repairs) and, if Alex or Fiona were otherwise busily occupied with other clients' needs...Tim would pop up and make sure that we had all we needed to ensure our tenancy was always peaceful, secure, well-managed and most of all....with amazing professionalism! We are disappointed that we can't use their services with our next move however, we cannot say enough about this professional team and how lucky we were to have them on our team!
