GoogleCouldn’t be happier with The Corporate Letting Company! We got in contact with them last year when we were looking for a new place to rent. It was quite a stressful time as it seemed every place was rented very quickly every time we tried to visit it. We came across the Corporate Letting Company as they were advertising the place we currently live in. That’s when we met Alex, who was super professional, made us feel at ease and was quick and efficient. Nothing was too much for him. We have since then met most of the team at the Corporate Letting Agency, and they have always been super helpful with anything we’ve needed help or support with. We have both been renting for years and this is by far the best agency we have ever worked with!

GoogleBy far the most superior letting agent in Richmond. I've dealt with a few, and they do come out tops. I've mainly dealt with Alex, and it's refreshing to come across an agent who isn't aggressive and arrogant. He's very professional and helpful.

GoogleWe rented a house from The Corporate Letting Company and can confirm their excellent reviews. They were attentive, and professional throughout the early stages and made sure all our requests were answered and actioned quickly (repainting, de-fumigation, etc) . We had some issues with curtain rails half way through our rental which they sorted in a very timely manner. When we left they worked around our timings and made sure the our deposit was returned within an hour of the inventory being validated. GoogleAlec Decmar came to our house and gave us very realistic & honest advice on what to expect on renting out the property. Corporate Lettings turned out to be more expensive in terms of offered percentage rates - but on closer inspection they had no add on fees. I checked the other competitor agency contracts and add on fees seemed to be extensive. Also Alec’s team is local which is important when it comes to managing the property - I believe. They were brilliant with helping us with the contract. I will definitely be using them again in the future...PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
