I arrived to UK in 2013 and found a beautiful apartment in Richmond. The Corporate Letting Company has since day one providing me with excellent support and when there have been some problem they have fixed it immediately. I can really relax and enjoy my stay here in London when I know that somebody takes care of my rented apartment if some problem occurs. Tom Kallstrom

the corporate letting company were fantastically helpful when I rented an apartment at short notice. They were speedy, efficient and hard-working. Alex put himself out to show me an apartment over a weekend and processed the relevant paperwork in time for me to move in a few days later. This saved me an enormous amount of hassle. Thank you!

I had the best experience with the Corporate Letting Company in Richmond. I am pleasantly surprised given that letting agents are not known for respecting their client's privacy. However, everything went smoothly without calling, emailing or messaging me all the time. I felt comfortable from start to finish. I was offered the best advice along the way. Thank you for being different.

Great experience with this company. Alex Marla helped us with looking at the area of Richmond as well as the properties. His genuine and honest approach was very much appreciated. The professionalism that Alex shows is a credit to the company, there are so many agents out there that are just shocking! Thank you for all your help Alex!

I always put my house rental out to The Corporate Letting Company plus one other and hope that they find me a tenant first , as I know that even with a higher fee that it will worth paying for the extra level of service. Even if you manage the property they are always there to help you and provide advice.

We have found The Corporate Letting Company to be proactive, professional and personable. They helped us find our first rental and now all these years later, we are still using them to manage our property while we are based overseas. They have taken all the stress out of being landlords and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to tenants and landlords alike.

We have worked with Corporate Letting for over 18 years. They have been great to work with. At first we were a renter. Corporate Letting was alway responsive to us. Because of this good experience, we later hired Corporate Letting to manage our property when we rented it. Again, they have been great to work with. Responsive, clear and pragmatic.

No hesitation in recommending TCLC services. Helpful staff and nothing was too much trouble, any issues we had were resolved without fuss and usually on the same day. Best lettings agency I have used to date from check in to check out. In particular, thanks go to Alex and Fiona for their help - a great customer experience.

First, all properties Alex showed us were in much better condition compare to other agens showed us. He clearly and honestly explained advantages/disadvantages of the properties among our options. The most importantly, it is still easy to access him after tenant contract signature.PositiveResponsiveness

Top class professional operators. Alex (and Tim )did a great job in sourcing the right home for us recently and took care of all the work very thoroughly and accurately. They don't apply the totally unjustified document fees that many/most agents apply. Small owner powered business that gets the job done for tenants and landlords alike both

Alex provided a great service when I asked him to evaluate my property. He was responsive, knowledgeable, professional, took the time to answer all my questions, and followed up swiftly with a written report. I have not let my property so cannot speak to that part but the evaluation itself went very smoothly. Thank you!

I can highly recommend The Corporate Letting Company. The process from viewing to handover was very smooth and professional. I was able to take my time to look around the property and was even given a tour of the grounds and facilities. Communication was excellent throughout. All in all a faultless experience. Thank you !

Fiona at the Corporate Lettings Company in Richmond has managed my property exceptionally well for some time now. She always goes (more than!) the extra mile to ensure I'm kept informed and she manages all aspects of the property as if it were her own. Highly recommend her services, judgement and all round professionalism. Thank you!

We rented two flats over the last three years through this company who were not only extremely efficient and helpful but also a delight to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble when asked and response was always immediate. This experience was in sharp contrast to another agency we also used in the last three years.

Received a very fast and efficient service. Alex Decmar who was dealing with our flat move was very helpful and friendly, answering all our enquiries quickly and also getting any information we required. The flat-move was hassle-free and went well. A pleasure to work with and would happily recommend others to use their service.

We rented a property through The Corporate Letting Company that had previously been on with another agent. Alex responded swiftly to our queries and we are now happily settled in our new property. The property had been cleaned prior to us moving in and the moving in process was made very easy.

We have been letting our property for nearly 4 years and I can highly recommend Corporate Lettings. We live abroad and sometimes I need to call and ask for some extra help, they are always so prompt and helpful. Having them looking after our property puts our mind at rest in every way

Excellent company. Extremely professional, helpful and reasonable. I have now rented through the Corporate Lettings Company twice. I have not one complaint. It seems to me that the company values their tenants as much as their landlords, they dot charge the ridiculous fees that other agents do and are always available to help.
