GoogleMy partner and I have been with Kew Dexter's since almost 3 years and in general the relationship with them has been satisfactory. Every time we had any issue in the flat they were quick and diligent to solve it. Lately I am happy with the service received by the property manager Ginevra Zabeo. She has been helpful providing instructions for the day of the check-out so everyhting can go smooth.

GoogleFantastic First Class service from start to finish from Sebastien at Dexter’s. He kept me informed and communicated quickly and Promoty regularly and even had the decency to go out of his way to dismantle and dump two huge wardrobes which were supposed to be gone. Highly recommend nice chap. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Shame not all estate agents are not as helpful as he was.

GoogleParis from the Kew office was helping me to find a flat to rent. She was very approachable and professional, a very nice and easy person to work with. I ended up giving an offer for a property listed by another agency but I would definitely work with Paris and Dexters again if I need to.
