GoogleI’m very happy with the landlord service I have received Joe Harnett & Tom Hodgson at the Kew rental branch. They found new tenants in record time, didn’t even need to market the property and had completed paperwork within a couple of days. Then during the COVID 19 lockdown Tom handled everything, check out, check in, professional clean & paint refresh, which was a miracle really due to the circumstances. No job was too big or too small for Tom to take on and he was always a reassuring voice on the end of the phone throughout the whole process. GoogleOverall Dexters is a property company with very good reputation, all representatives of the company I faced were very good looking, friendly, polite and helpful. I had personal experience with property manager Chris Giorgio Neale, who always was addressing my tenant requests and was providing support to me in spite of me being pushy sometimes with a lot number of issues. Among areas of improvement however I would point some gaps in attention paid to the property itself. The property I moved in had a large number of maintenance issues left unattended, that could be spotted and agreed with the landlord before my move of a new tenant. Also I was not happy with the professional cleaning done before my move in. Property needs investment to keep it in good condition, that could be reinforced by Dexters in their work with the landlords. Also they had no spare keys, so when I got locked out the flat with my keys inside, I had to pay for locksmith services. Because of that I cannot put the best 5 star rating.
