GoogleWe opened an enquiry with various Dexters branches. We clearly listed our property requirements in the contact form. Since doing this, we've received numerous communications with properties that: - exceed our monthly rent pcm budget - do not meet requirements for kitchen arrangements or minimum space in square metres - come unfurnished despite our requirement for furnished - are boats It seems the staff at Dexters have an aggressive yet inaccurate approach when it comes to sending property adverts to potential renters. It's more about throwing whatever you can at the wall and seeing what sticks. It's not nice to spend time reading emails or on the phone discussing properties that do not meet our needs. I do not recommend Dexters if you are looking for a quality lettings agent.

GoogleI found Dexters to be a very professional company in finding me a tenant. It was just coincidental that in my case I had little time to prepare the flat for the tenants. Dexters were very responsive and helped me where I needed any help. They were always courteous, and careful with all restrictions during the lockdown. Even though they are a little more expensive than other Estate Agents, my experience was good and everything went very smoothly; I'd rather pay a little more and be completely trouble free.
