TrustpilotA positive experience
The whole team were enthusiastic and hard working during the marketing. While the actual sale process was underway, the attention to detail and calmness were invaluable in enabling things to go as smoothly as possible.

TrustpilotGreat landlord experience
Great experience as a Landlord renting through Anthony Roberts. I have used a few estate agents in the area however AR are the best. Professionally, friendly and reliable. I mainly have dealt with Harriet however any interaction with other colleagues in this branch has generally been excellent.

TrustpilotWould definitely instruct Antony Roberts again
We have recently successfully completed the sale of a property for probate in tricky market conditions. In particular Rachel Watts' calm, professional and diligent approach throughout the latter stages was undoubtedly a huge contribution to ensuring the transaction was successfully closed.

TrustpilotJohn Martins @ Antony Roberts
John Martins fully understood our requirement and helped us thru the process. He was also able to help us with a move-in schedule which worked well for us, and ensured we avoided any additional rentals. Would absolutely recommend John Martins and Antony Roberts Letting Agency to assist you with your letting requirements.

TrustpilotAnthony Roberts is the place to be!
Anthony Roberts is the place to be. Paul Zammit was a wonderful and genuine agent! He took an interest in what we wanted in a flat but also considered our restrictions from a financial perspective. He made everything incredibly smooth and gave us transparent and honest advice about the whole process. I wouldn't want to try any one else.

TrustpilotTextbook letting of Richmond property
Harriet at AR did a great job in securing several offers from tenants within a couple of days of marketing the property. The successful tenant was from overseas so getting the appropriate references wasn’t straightforward but the AR team delivered what we needed.

TrustpilotEfficient and Responsive Service
I appreciate the efficient and responsive service of the agent in arranging the viewing until handing over the keys. The experience living in the property is nice in general so far. The flat isn't as quiet when the windows are open for air flow as they were closed during the viewing in the colder weather. Perhaps because the flat is still quite empty and echoes sound from the main road out there. Hopefully I'll get used to it over time whether or not the right furniture is added to the flat. Otherwise, everything seems to work well so far!

TrustpilotRecently sold our house through Anthony…
Recently sold our house through Anthony Roberts who were brilliant. They were hugely supportive guiding us during a difficult time and despite being let down by a few buyers they held my hand and steered a steady course to a sale which realised the full market potential. They are lovely to deal with and fully understand the local community plus they will sort out all your attendant needs with a variety of reliable electricians, plumbers and decorators should you need. Highly recommend them both as a buyer and seller.

TrustpilotHarriet and Ed from the Richmond office…
Harriet and Ed from the Richmond office team recently let my flat in Richmond. Their approach from start to finish has been professional, efficient, polite and calm, never over promising and under delivering as other agencies did and always following through and helping on the smallest details. I’m very pleased to have them managing my flat now and feel reassured and confident that they will look after it and the tenants well.

TrustpilotThank you for a great experience!
Thank you Chris Judge and the Antony Roberts sales team at Richmond branch who made it possible for us to close on a difficult sale. Chris was always courteous, responsive, understanding, not pushy but just supportive. We'll think of you often when in the new flat. Careful when you play rugby! Atossa

TrustpilotExcellent experience as landlord
Harriet and Ed from the Richmond branch handled reletting my house in a super efficient and personable manner. The day after they came to check out my place I had three offers over asking. When the tenant-to-be unexpectedly pulled out at the last moment, Ed let me know at once and within a few hours I had two more offers. The paperwork and inventory were handled promptly and my house is now let. Very happy with the service and terms. Thanks AR team.

Jilly has been wonderful. She is very nice and kind and has helped to find a suitable property for us (considering that we have a dog and not always is easy to find a nice place to live with them).
Thank you for your review!

TrustpilotThoughtful, Professional and always with you in mind.
John Martins and Paul Zammit have made the finding of a new home a stress and trouble free process. Moving home is fraught with problems and hidden difficulties and their considerate and professional work and thoughtfulness, removed any concerns and apprehension I may have had or experienced, completely. After carefully assessing my requirements they found the ideal property, helped and supported me through the references, deposit, tenancy agreement, inventory and handing of the keys. All and any questions and queries were followed up and answered with information, help and guidance. I would not hesitate in recommending them to any who are seeking a home; you could not make a finer or wiser choice.

TrustpilotBy far the most reliable
By far the most reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable estate agent in Richmond. The team in Kew and Richmond are very friendly and helpful. I have bought and Let a number of properties over the years with them and have had the pleasure of working with a fantastic bunch of people like Harriet Scanlan and James Hobley, who in my opinion is a true example of what a great estate agent should strive to be.
