By far the most reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable estate agent in Richmond. The team in Kew and Richmond are very friendly and helpful. I have bought and Let a number of properties over the years with them and have had the pleasure of working with a fantastic bunch of people like Harriet Scanlan and James Hobley, who in my opinion is a true example of what a great estate agent should strive to be.

Superb service, the team of Antony Roberts and our agent Francesca in particular were always extremely helpful and customer-centric throughout the entire process of finding a new home. Even though our case was a bit special (new job, moving to the UK from abroad, not UK citizens etc.), practical solutions were found and we are moving into a lovely new home now without delay! I particularly liked the super quick response time, I believe I never waited for more than half a day for a solid answer to any question or issue along the way. Very satisfied overall
