We can't recommend the team at Antony Roberts in Kew highly enough. They did a fantastic job selling our flat. They were transparent, did their due diligence, found us a great buyer, and made the whole process really smooth and stress free. If you are looking for the absolute gold standard in Richmond property, look no further than Antony Roberts! We had a truly phenomenal experience from start to finish. Harriet and the entire team are in a league of their own , exceptionally professional, proactive, and genuinely attentive to every detail. Renting a property can be a minefield, but they managed every step with such care and organisation that the entire process felt completely seamless. We felt supported, heard, and valued throughout. I knew Antony Roberts was good, and everyone in the office is unfailingly charming, helpful and friendly but I feel particularly lucky that Emma was dealing with my sale. It was a horrendous process with the lawyers, and Emma worked like an absolute Trojan to get the sale to exchange; way way beyond what one would have imagined would be necessary. And she did it all with tremendous kindness, sensitivity and humour. Really *really* grateful. Thank you.

I am delighted to recommend Antony Roberts very highly. Time and time again they have proven themselves to be extremely reliable both in terms of finding quality tenants for our flat while at the same time providing an excellent service. Their response rates are very quick, they arrange what needs to be done efficiently and the panel of tradespeople working with them on our behalf has proven to be good and fair in their pricing. They are pro-active and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. Also they are nice people. Having worked with other estate agents in the Richmond area, what I have written above cannot be taken for granted. My only concern now is that all this praise doesn’t go to their heads!

Mark W has been consistently helpful, patient and supportive: always taking the time to answer our questions and ensuring that any repairs, maintenance work or property checks are dealt with promptly and efficiently. This was our third transaction with Anthony Roberts, we’ve been both buyer and seller. My experience with estates agents has never been positive, though things really are different with this team. Communication was good and precise without being afraid to provide feedback of which some might not want to hear. Megan, Toby, Simon & the whole team at the Kew branch are truly fabulous and I look forward to seeing them around the village.
