I have used Anthony Roberts to let two properties for well over a decade now and thought this time, there has not been a single occasion in which I was unhappy with their service, or charges. They are friendly and professional, and make the process of letting as hassle free as it can be, are quick to address issues, keep you informed of problems, but get them sorted quickly - and at a reasonable price. All statements and other documentation are sent through on time and are easy to understand. I have experience of other agents and while they have all be good, Anthony Roberts are certainly the best I have used. Absolutely no hestiation in recommending them. GoogleIf you are buying or selling a property in Kew Gardens you will no doubt see that Antony Roberts have a strong presence in the market. Having used them to both buy and sell, I can see that their strong presence is well earned. They are extremely knowledgeable about the area, responsive and professional. They were pro-active in marketing my property and pro-active in helping us to find the right property for me and my family. During the sale, they were an essential party in facilitating communication. Some agents pass this role onto a different department located in a different office, but I liked that it was the same agent (Philip Harrison) who stayed with us throughout. He knew us well by this point so it was important he managed the process. I also liked that Simon Welford was up to speed on the process so the one occasion Philip was out of the office Simon was able to step-in seamlessly.

Ben and Marc at Antony Roberts were fantastic. We moved to them after struggling to sell our house with another estate agent. Marc, the sales manager, was down to earth and realistic with his advice. He made us feel like our wishes and goals were important. His focus was on us as people, rather than just on making a quick sale for his office. This was abundantly clear when our first accepted offer fell through and we were losing hope that we would ever sell our house. With his guidance, we ended up getting another offer quickly and for even more than our previous offers.Ben was involved with the viewings (with his colleague Rob) and then oversaw the sales progression after we had a buyer. He was friendly and professional throughout, going above and beyond to help facilitate discussions between us, the solicitors and the buyers. He responded to emails quickly and ensured we were kept up to date. He tried to pre-empt issues so they wouldn't turn into delays. The sale would not have gone through as quickly without his help.I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the personal yet professional experience. We dealt with the agency as buyers of a flat in Kew. Compared to my previous experience of estate agents over the past 8 years, I can say that this was by far the most professional and courteous. In particular, Simon Welford was extremely helpful and honest - no typical smoke and mirrors you get from many agents, no intimidation techniques etc. He retained communication throughout the whole process and chased solicitors to ensure completion occurred in a timely manner.

Harriett and the team were exceptional in helping to find great tenants after the sale of our house fell through. They quickly identified the right type of tenant, helped us decide which parts of the house needed some revamp and were even willing to check on progress of the works . The communication was excellent , the paper work minimal and it helped that they have a high street office and are actually working in the office (not from home).
