Rupert Simmonds and Ellie Bowers at John D Wood in Notting Hill Gate are both absolutely exceptional agents. My husband and I have, as landlords, had dealings with many agents in London but Rupert and Ellie are head and shoulders above all agents we have interacted with. no deposit back after 10 weeksI rented from John D Wood for 2 years. They were unbelievably incompetent and non-responsive for the entire tenure. now I have to ring them every week to try to get my deposit back.

GoogleI moved two weeks ago thanks to John D Wood at Saint Maragert's. They professionally provided me all the information I needed before taking the new flat and they've been always helpful in all the process, including asking my requests to the landlord. Would absolutely recommend.

Expect this company to be totally negligent returning your deposit (even if your landlord agreed for this to be released). They will make you chase your own money for weeks after you moved out, an absolute nightmare.

The worst agent service I have ever seen in my life. We have been dealing with them for more than a year. We wrote a letter to them complaining and nothing was ever done. They delegate their work to everyone, they just pretend they work. Never hire them.
