Having dealings with three of the Jackson Stopps,regional offices Burford /Norfolk/and most recently Chelmsford. I can honestly say,every member of the staff in all branches have been more than helpful,and pleasant. Estate agents having,what is usually a well deserved reputation,we have not once come upon any of that condescending attitude,which has become expected,of the breed ! In fact our most recent experience , with James at the Chelmsford branch ,we feel he has become like a family friend to us,which of course makes the whole experience (moving home being one of life ‘s most stressful times),so much more pleasant. All told,we would definitely recommend the company to friends and family.GPS

The rental market is really crazy at the moment and it's been really hard to get any call backs from Estate agents generally - always being sent to online bookings and emails, but I got a call from Charlie. He not only offered alternatives to properties that were no longer available, he took time to fully understand my requirements, have a bit of a chat and generally made me feel very valued as a potential tenant - even calling the day before a viewing just to confirm it - I very much appreciated that friendly and human-touch approach and would certainly head back to Jackson-Stops in future for this level of service!

I recently rented a property through Jackson Stops at Richmond. All the staff there are friendly and helpful. Charlie Southall, who was dealing with the property I rented, was very professional and easy to deal with. He was helpful throughout, prompt with responding to queries, considerate and made the process of renting less stressful. While flat hunting, I had been in touch with several estate agents in the area and had some negative experiences. Based on my experience Charlie and Jackson Stops Richmond would get an A Plus.

I hadn't worked with Jackson-Stops before and have been pleased at the excellent service provided by Charlie and Tom, in what was a relatively complex situation of having to arrange a rental for another (not local) person as part of a company let, so 3 parties involved in the rental. Charlie showed us round the apartment, and answered all our questions promptly and knowledgeably. He was able to schedule a second viewing for a company surveyor at short notice. He's kept me informed at every step and guided us through the process with reassurance and appropriate touches of humour. It's clear he has built up a good relationship with both the current tenants and the landlord of the property, which gives me confidence it will continue to be a good experience. Happy to recommend Jackson-Stops on the basis of the great service I've received.
